When I was a kid, I did not know about drifting and finished the game 101% (just 2-3 platinum relics, tho), so, yes, it is possible.

Its a crime what Activision did with this game. I bought it because i loved CTR but the microtransactions came right away after they specificaly said there wouldnt be any. And after that, support died. Also no PC release. Terrible.
