@cleanaz3710 Yea, only from pulled phones. If the part is not genuine, the hidden message will be stored in “General->Parts->Unknown Part”. There are no refurbished batteries available, but you will find plenty of genuine refurbished screen replacements and other parts.

Yes, this specific Huawei model includes thermal paste beneath the motherboard. After reassembly, ensure the thermal paste remains intact, soft, and evenly distributed. Replacement is not necessary as long as its condition meets these criteria.

Hi, I currently don’t have a P30 Lite in my repair shop. However, the Pro and Lite versions are quite similar, so the process for replacing the power button should be comparable. You don’t need to remove the battery-only the top motherboard. Please be careful when opening the back cover, as there is a fingerprint flex cable connecting the back glass to the top board. Additionally, note that the flex cables for the Huawei buttons are located under the top board and secured with adhesive. Make sure to remove and reposition them correctly to ensure the connectors fit properly.

If you haven’t noticed any “holes” or “bolts” around the buttons, just mount the new flex cable on the phone and test the buttons before proceeding any further steps. Most of the time, after each repair, I prefer to test the phone, powered, and with its back cover open just to ensure everything works perfectly after that, I apply a newer after-work adhesive on it, as the final step.

This specific cover/case does protect the phone around the edges. I got a Z-shaped one on my personal iPhone and I don’t have issues with it. However, I haven’t dropped it yet to fully tested but I do believe that the metal protects the phone better than a cheap one.

Hi there. For the newer laptops with UEFI firmware, GUID partition (GPT) is generally recommended over the MBR that it has been used in the past on older laptops. Bootable USB with Rufus: Leave the “Partition scheme” and “File system” settings as default (MBR for BIOS or UEFI, and NTFS for Windows installations). Be Aware: Before any Major Updates/ Newer Windows Installation/ Formatting, please backup your data into the cloud or an external memory. You are not losing any data till you are deleting or formatting the partitions. However, if the hard disk has bad sectors the installation process might be not that smoother.

@TRV.99 Ok. Do you have made a bootable Windows 11 USB installation with Rufus? Have you restarted the computer and selected to boot from USB? I’m guessing that If you had deleted your Windows partition you have passed through the bootable USB and you have proceeded with the installation loading from the bootable USB?

You need to make a bootable USB Installation of a newer MacOS and proceed with the installation as shown in my video. More Tips to Try: -Check your date & time if they are correct. -Ensure the wireless connection is strong. -Not logged in but can you make upgrades? The fastest solution is with a bootable USB but first, make a backup of your files. ✌️

Yeah, it is an easy job but please pay attention that the screen is bigger than on a smartphone and you need a large suction cup, and to pay extra attention when you are taking away the screen, on the bottom of the screen there is a fingerprint which has a flex cable and can be damaged while when you try to peel off the screen.
