    I would use 1/4” diameter Elevator Bolts to what ever length you need. Use a Forester bit the same o.d. As the bolt in order to countersink the flange so the shoe would be flat.

    You don't use skid shoes on gravel. Plow with blade a couple inches above grade. As ground freezes lower blade till. When ground freezes lower the blade all the way. I've been plowing for ten years this way. Any alterations to your plow is ridiculous and a waste of time.

    Looking great! Check the auger direction, as you seem to be getting a lot of front clumping…but as you said it is very wet and deep so it may just be bad snow! Stay warm!! ❤

    Great job Mike. Worked very well. And when you see snow getting pushed 4 or 5 feet out in front of a snowblower, you know it’s wet and heavy. Common to push wet snow with a snowthrower. Still in the middle of our snow storm. 👍🏻👍🏻👋👋🎄🎄

    I would love to have a front mounted blower on my LX2610, but $9k is a bit costly. So i went with the 3 pt mounted for a little less than 1/2 the cost. Still much better than a walk behind, especially in a climate controlled cab.

      @@noelstractors-firewood57 morning Noel. Great suggestion, unfortunately there are three solid steel bots right behind that skird plate with only enough space to get a finger through, so it wouldn’t gain you anything. Kubota definitely got this location wrong. Cheers.

      @@rubyli1739 I’d say about 5 seconds after start up you can add a little bit of throttle and start to ease the choke off. I let it warm up for a good few minutes at idle or slightly above idle using the throttle. Always bring it all the way back to idle before putting it in gear. Thanks for watching! Cheers, Mike

      @@petepeabody8905 thanks for watching! Had the plates pressed out at a machine shop to make them slide and not dig in. I just welded on the 5/8 stud to mount them. They work incredibly well being round they don’t dig up the gravel when your turning. Cheers, Mike.

      @@1966roadking thanks for the support and for the motivation! Yeah not to happy with where Kubota put them. Also, the information I’ve found on those filters I’m 50% either way that they actually separate water. Some say they do and some say they don’t. My dealer didn’t know either way. ?🤷‍♂️. Condensation in fuel cells is going to happen in changing climates, and you definitely want to make sure that water is separated. Now having said that this is my third winter with those type of filters and knock on wood… no issues to date. Cheers, Mike.

I think you are right, it is worth changing the filters frequently but it is also a great way to get a diesel bath 🙂 We use a trim removal tool for getting the pipe off a filter, it is like a very wide screwdriver with a cutout in the middle which is smaller than the pipe but slightly bigger than the filter pipe. Great information on doing this job

    Hi Mike. Tape is a good idea. Yea, the bottom one is a pain. Nice job! I have a big crash plate on the bottom of mine so it’s a bit more of a pain.

      @@retiredforlife63 yeah I have the tractor attachments plate but take it off in the winter. Have your filters ever frozen? Just wondering if I want to do this every winter as I have been doing or maybe wait for 200 hours or so….

    My Kubota GR2120 has 2 fuel filters. One is inside of the left rear wheel The wheel has to be removed to gain access to it. I don’t use mine for anything in the winter as it is a lawn and garden tractor but Kubota does make a snow blower for it and I have seen videos where several of my Canadian neighbors use theirs with a blower
