I've been looking for a simple ice cream recipe for ages. This one not only fits the bill, but can be adapted to offer so many flavour options, plus a chocolate coating. And who knew about adding coconut oil to chocolate to stop it cracking and crumbling off the ice cream, or ace cream, in this case. So clever Angie!

Super demo of a lush recipe - I wondered how you'd cover them with chocolate without the chocolate sticking to whatever you were laying them on - and hey presto! Greaseproof paper! That actually shows how little I know about cheffy-type techniques. Keep adding those videos Angie, I'm learning all the time.

I'll bookmark this one. I have to change the recipe using plant butter and nut milk (darn allergies). Not sure if the corn flour and corn starch is the same thing. In the States these are two different things. I'll have to read about that. Thanks for sharing👍💞🐉🌹

These sound and look so delicious! I can just imagine taking mine fresh from the airfryer, laying it gently in a brioche bun on a bed of lush green lettuce, then replacing the top, bunging my thumb through the centre of the bun to hold it together and to facilitate easy transportation to wherever I choose to indulge myself. Filo really is surprisingly versatile, I'm slowly realising as I follow you and your tutorials Angie. I must say I found the use of filo beyond Chinese and Indian recipes rather daunting at first but towards the end of this video, I was well and truly converted, and I swear the theme From Zorba The Greek was strumming softly away in my head as I watched you tasting the fruits of your labour! 😉
