Not meant to trigger any of the non WWE people as I am just having fun with the game and this also obviously isn't their actual match for Backlash.

Working on the Final Update for E3VR and has gone really well so far so that I am ahead of schedule for the end of March release date. So now Im working on just more fine tuning and quality checks before working on full pics and videos and the re release on Nexus. This is to see how the old Watson driving scene looks recorded.

Im alot Happier with this run.Still some stupid mistakes but they were all reasonable and didnt loose that much time.With some better movements and strats 47's should be possible soon.

Do you have an estimated time frame of release?
I really like what you're going for, taking the best part out of all the iterations CP2077's lighting had during it's development and combining them into a tight and coherent package. Most other E3/Beta mods tend to go for a specific version only and that IMO falls short as not all weathers and times of day were shown in each demo (the E3 2018 showcase for example didn't show rain, leaving mods that try to emulate it having to resort to an original and often vanilla based look to rainy weather). From what I've seen of this mod (I also used it in it's prior iteration) Its really how I wanted the final game to look. I really dislike what they did with the lighting in the final release and I can only speculate what moved the devs to scrap all the hard work they did on the visuals. Finally, I and (others, I assume) would also like to see how some of the more extreme weather phases such as sandstorms and toxic rain are going to look in your mod. Anyway, sorry for the wall of text but it's all from the heart, man... Thanks for all the hard work, it's appreciated.
Thanks very much for all the kind words. And a lot of what u said is my thoughts exactly. And I know what happened is they hired an outside studio to redo the looks of the game before release. And the strong yellow and greens look is what they went for and cdpr adapted materials and their lut's around what they made for release. But for PL you can actually see alot of the original CDPR visual taste in quite a few sections cause that studio wasn't used again. But they still have to have it match the rest of the game a bit as well. But the lut and settings for Dogtown itself were done completely different. And I think you all will be satisfied with the weather's. I really made a lot of them heavy and properly atmospheric and dangerous to be running around at 100mph in. Fights and driving fast in the weather will actually have to be done more cautiously cause of visibility but in a good way not bad. Lol. Only thing left is I need to adjust some lighting for sandstorms and further color for toxic rain fog. That's going to be after I get the sectors functional again for 2.12. And won't take very long. I've still been play testing on 2.1 while working on 2.12.

I did record it all in 16:9. I'll prob have to set it up for wider aspect ratios in the widgets.
If you play in ultra wide I would appreciate some feedback when the full release comes out on Nexus. I have messed with the HUD and all the interfaces so would like to know if they scale properly.

Dude, this is unbelievably beautiful! I can't wait for it. I literally stopped my walkthrough for almost half a year, waiting for the final version of the mod. I also have a couple questions. How will it work with path tracing? How will it work with HDR? What will it look like in Dogtown territory? Anyways good luck bro! (I apologize for possible mistakes, not my native language)
Its all good and it should all work fine. Path tracing shadows will be a bit darker as it is just the way they are calculated and will loose some of that E3 light blue to them that you would have with the more traditional RTX. But it will all still look and run fine. Just a tad bit different. Lighting and colors with it will actually improve over normal rtx imo. But I have made it more with normal maxed out RT in mind to achieve the true look Im going for. Hdr again imo seems to be working just fine. I have a test lut that imo works like as close to the sdr look as possible. But Im also not an HDR expert. So it will be a part of it that feedback will be welcomed to improve on if needed and one of those things I dont mind working further on. And all of Dogtown is working perfectly and alot of sections look improved and more atmospheric Im happy to report. Things like the market and the boss fights imo really make me want and just take a bunch of pictures. lol. So I think and hope it will be all well recieved. Also sorry for the late reply. Just have been working on it all alot.

Your mod looks great! I always thought the color grading etc. in the E3 2018 trailer was better, more cyberpunk and unique compared to the very yellow/Hollywood style of the final version, so it's nice to see that you were able to recreate it so well. I will definitely be waiting to use this in my next playthrough. But one thing I've noticed about all lighting mods is that they often affect neon lights in negative ways imo, such as nerfing intensity or changing colors. Do you think this can be fixed? I also read about your health problems on the mod page. I wish you all the best and hope everything will be fine.
Thank u so much and I really appreciate it. And yes it's a result of having to change the lut's that some neons and other lights are affected. Has to do with the white points of the lut's and the way cdpr configured the materials to work mostly with the over done lut they went for with the final product. But I have spent a lot of time negating this as much as possible. And with all my settings for bloom, exposure, color grading, and tone mapping, and the lut itself. I so far have been able to get rid of that effect for the most part and about 95 percent of the lights function as they should with noticeable illuminated centers again and less drowned out colors like intended. It's not perfect mostly some cars like the Quadra tail lights are still more of a solid red. But again that's more of a material issue as well. Most other car's tail lights when using the brakes light up normal and most normal neons works as they should now. The other 5 percent that have some issues are unfortunately cause of materials like I said that is a bit beyond me to edit them all correctly. I'm hoping most people will be satisfied with the results :)

The original Vice City mod was literally my first exposure to Back to the Future. It’s apparently being still updated even to this day!
