I've been his No.1 fan since 1970. When I first heard "We Were Always Sweethearts" I just fell completely in love with his voice and style. Great GREAT underappreciated artist. BTW, why isn't he in the R&R hall of fame? Or R&B?

Boz Scaggs just keeps getting better and better as a vocalist -- and this is saying A LOT, because there is footage (UA-cam) of him back in 1971 singing a song called "I'll Be Long Gone" (or, Make My Life Shine) and I am convinced that his potential as a fabulous singer was already there, at around age 27 - and he has just kept on developing that natural talent and growing and perfecting his vocal skills. He's at the very top, now in 2019, in my opinion.

The studio version of this from "But Beautiful" is fantastic. That entire cd is amazing and one of my favorite jazz cds.

Absolutely LOVE!! He did this in '17 @ the OC Amphitheater. Hope he does it in Cerritos, CA on 9/8/18 when we go to see him! Boz is the man! These awesome tickets are to celebrate a huge birthday for me! Can't wait for the show!

I have loved Boz since 1970, and you are right! Here to Stay is a huge part of my heart! I'd give ANYTHING to see him live!!! He doesn't come to Central Pennsylvania. How I wish!!! Great album! Liked Moments too...EVERY song on both. Runnin Blues is great too! Thanks!

Scaggs is one of the best singer/songwriters of our time. AND, he is a great blues man and guitarist to boot! He had his biggest success with Silk Degrees, but he is so much more than that awesome album.

Years , 1973 & 1974.... I got to see Boz at the Minneapolis Orpheum Theater live in spring of 1974. That was ONE great musical SHOW, and I haven't seen many better ever . . . . . . . ..
