Yeah, I was very very lucky having her sing this song in the video! And amazingly, she learned the song almost completely for our first rehearsal, though I was kind of thinking we would need quite more time for her to learn the song. She's extremely smart! What a talent she has!

Thank you for your positive comment! I think it basically goes with C#m - B - A - B. For the part, "Oh, I can's stand what you do..." you stick to C#m, but you add the 4th note to the C#m chord, which means you add a single F# note to the C#m chord and alternate the C#m and the C#m+F# quickly by following the rhythm of the song's melody. Then it says "..that shows through in your eyes." it goes C#m and ends with G#m. However, I just learned this from the Modern Lovers' original recorded version by ear, so I'm not really sure if my way of playing is 100 percent correct...

ビデオの中の日本語歌詞の字幕に間違いがあります。最初の休止のあとのサビの最初の行の訳 (0:55) で "We lost our faces among faces" が「私たちは他人の顔の中に自分の顔を埋めてしまった」となっていますが、「私たちは自分の顔を他人の顔の中で失ってしまった」となるのが正しい訳です。私が勘違いして次の行の訳をくりかえしていて、このビデオをアップロードした後もしばらく気づいてませんでした。

Very nice of you to reach out to me! In fact, I'd rather consider myself a singer-songwriter. So covering songs is not really my top priority for my music activities. I have been doing cover songs and make videos for last 2 years because of the pandemic. I just learned, played those songs and made videos by myself while I was stuck at home. I don't think I will do covers very often from now on. But if I do a Think Lizzy song I will pick "Boys are back in town," which is probably the most popular song of theirs. Anyway, thank you!
