Unless I am mistaken, you are wrong about Leon not being apart of operation Javier or being present for it. When engaging Krauser for the second time in RE4R, Krauser says to Leon, “You remember the fight in the jungle? WE barely made it out alive” this is almost definitly him referring to Operation Javier and he is clearly speaking in a manner that shows that Leon was there.

About 5:49 : Just saying...the G embryo as an adult is the same G embryo as a larva which had an incompatible DNA match with its host (i.e. Brian Irons who died painfully since there was not a DNA match, thus the larva burst out of Irons' torso) and the G-Adult can spawn G-Larvas but those same larvas won't grow up as their "parent". When there's a compatible DNA match, a G-human will rise but since the virus was flawed and didn't properly stabilize onto the host's body, William Birkin was the first G-Mutant instead...and Sherry Birkin could have been another G-Mutant, for a few differences yes, but a G-Mutant nonetheless if it wasn't for Leon and Claire who vaccinated her against the G-Virus.

It’s funny I always thought the Ubermorph was a young hive mind. My suspicion was that they were somebody like Isaac who resonated with the frequency of the marker channeling it and driving it forward. It would explain where the hell they got all the energy to just keep regenerating no matter what the hell I did to them.

Sad thing about gammas is they can bond with people kinda like a dog and them and thier variants being controllable compared to hunters whos variants start to become uncontrollable later in the series

I really like the End. He has a connection to nature even beyond his photosynthesis parasites. Because he has a parrot as a spotter, and (from what I heard) the nature around him blocks any way out of his arena (since the barriers aren't around if you killed him earlier). Another thing/theory that I don't see people bring up is that he was probably a very old badass *before* he got the parasites. Hear me out: Both him and the Pain had parasites. And since the parasites were very rare, it is unlikely the two could have just stumbled upon them separately and happened to come together. What is more likely is that they were both on a mission together for the Cobras, and got infected with the parasites. That would mean that he was an old man that was still an elite sniper to get into the Cobra unit. Again, that was just a theory/head canon of mine, but I think it is pretty cool

They didn't even mention what Jessica did with the T-Abyss sample, but it is said that she gave it to Excella Gionne because in the Japanese version of the game it appears that Jessica Report is an agent of Tricell, which has already disbanded in Africa after what happened in Resident Evil 5

The eyeball on G isn't a random mutation, it is G's eye. Birkin keeps his eyes and G grows it's own large eye. It's its own sentient lifeform.
