Envision Peace Museum is a new project taking root in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dedicated to transformational education around peace, justice, and nonviolent social change, Envision aspires to be a new kind of museum -- and also far more than a museum. While laying the groundwork for our eventual museum space, Envision is living into our mission by engaging diverse audiences through public programs, traveling exhibits, and digital organizing.

The mission: to fosters insight into the meanings and roots of peace while empowering visitors to overcome violence and injustice in their lives and in the wider world.

The vision: to be a premier site for learning about powerful peace-making. Conceived as a highly participatory museum that is entertaining, educational, and empowering, Envision will invite people of all ages to explore the meanings, possibilities, and tools for peace and justice, to draw their own conclusions, and discern next steps.
