The toothed gear that goes over the CDI "Bell", does that not have a flat back? does it extend down into the bell? Having issues with fitment on mine.

sup dude I have a hobbit set up close to yours. what weight rollers did you end up using? I'm running the lightest that comes in the TJT kit and think they need to be even lighter also where did you set your timing at in the prior vid?

Nice build do yourself a favor never use silicone to seal up a torn gasket you can buy gasket material at any automotive parts store if your desperate a cereal box trace and cut out

Nice build dude. Try sticking some heavier rollers or a less stiff rear spring in. It seems like it's not fully pulling in the variator.

Definitely not making anywhere close to 25hp. This sounds terrible. Definitely a tuning or cvt issue. 25hp you would be close to 100mph. This is struggling to get on the pipe.
