So, with this build using a NetGain Hyper9HV and the Orion 2 BMS, there was a condition that would force you to recycle (restart) the system to clear the fault. Conditon: If the Pack was fully charged and you had Regen enabled, if you were on throttle, all good, then fully off throttle to let it slow to 0 RPM, the regen would attempt to recharge the battery pack with Regen. Showing off the AEM CD7 Custom Jeep Speedo Head copy including the working Jeep Speedo Head. If you watch the Current Flowing Amps in the top right corner, you'll see it go negative when i fully let off the accelerator, that's Regen - pretty damn cool!

Quickie - Fully installed the Back Battery Box - This final design is water proof or at least humidity resistant... On to the last four parts that need to be converted from plywood to aluminum - in this order: - Legs (the support legs in front that hold up the Front Battery Box, Intermediate Battery Box and Tech Box. - Front Battery Box - Intermediate Battery Box - Tech Box

I've been working on the SoC (State of Charge) settings - primary dealing with the Orion BMS broadcasting the SoC and then figuring out how to get the Hyper9HV motor interface to read it so it will populate the mini-dash. Also, making a reasonable replica of the original speedometer for the AEM CD7 Dash.

      3rd Gear for most things, gotta' have some reduction. Good question!

    Awesome! I love the little throttle blip to shift the transfer case, can't do that with an engine.

      Not true Sir, I think the reason I left that in was because it's exactly how you have to get it in gear from a non-synchro TC: on flat ground, shift your TC into the next selection from 2WH (2-Wheel-High) to: - 4WH - down - pull to get it to come out then oh so gently touch the accelerator to make sure it's in gear - N - up from 2WH - easy, accepts it without effort - 4WL - up, past N, same thing, push to get it close then again, every so gingerly, touch the 'gas' to make sure it's in gear or beginning to align. I left it in to further illustrate that we're bolting onto your existing drive train and every action you've grown used to in your Jeep is the same. We, except the not shifting out of 3rd Gear ever (mostly).... BUT, a thank you for pointing it out!!

      I'm shooting for anything over 100 mile range with the 7 Tesla Model S battery modules installed.
