@vrab. that's not helpful at all because it abjectly violates what Revelation says multiple times about its own prophecies: that they are shortly to come to pass. Revelation was written prior to 70AD and it did come to pass, in full. Christ is ruling and reigning now and forevermore. The book is a book of signs.

I agree with your first three points but I disagree with your conclusion. I believe the commandments of YHWH are the parameters of the covenant with God. People have fallen out of covenant because they break the commandments willingly and justify doing so. So I believe the falling away is speaking to those that willingly don’t live by the commandments of God and therefore they have fallen out of covenant with the Creator. Yeshua (Jesus) made it so if you repent and start obeying our Father then you are forgiven. But if you do not repent and continue in sin then you will perish: Luke 13:3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. @ the whole bible is not the word of God. The books of Moshe are the Word of God because Moshe spoke face to face to God as one does a friend. And Moshe wrote all the words spoken to him by God. That’s what makes the books of Moshe unique, God spoke plainly and did not speak in parables. Yeshua said no man has seen the Father. So who did Moshe speak to face to face as one does a friend? He spoke with Yeshua (Jesus) Hence the Word of YHWH is Yeshua and Moshe wrote down all the words that Yeshua spoke to Him. The commandments given to Moshe were given by Yeshua. Well for this case, the NLT, The ESV, the Septuagent, the NRSV, the NET, are just a few translations that use sons of God. This is just one of many reasons people need to read multiple translations and then read the editors footnotes on any textual differences. From there you can decide what the correct rendering should be.

Not sure what you see as a contradiction. Abraham was living in a territory that was runned by a fallen angel, a principality. It turns out all the territories are run by fallen angels. Hence Abraham is a sojourner in this world just passing through. He never made a permanent resident and lived out of tents. God picked Abraham out of the nations and decided to make a new nation. But that nation is not based on physical location, but one’s spiritual journey. Anyone who decides to obey God and enters covenant with God is apart of His People, Israel.

I agree. Dr. Heiser even shows that the authors of Scripture did not believe in a globe or space. Scriptures states our world is stationary, the sun, moon, and stars move over the earth, and there is a solid dome (firmament) covering the earth.

Josephus states in antiquities 1.4.118, that even Sibyl (pagan historian) said the tower was destroyed by storms of wind sent by the gods. For a second witness The book of Yashar said the tower was destroyed into thirds.

The KJV is my favorite translation yet it has mistakes. The old testament in the KJV is based on the Masoretic except the translators also use the Septuagent in a few places. The KJV translators decided to go with the Masoretic text for this verse instead of the Greek Septuagent which uses sons of God. When the dead sea scrolls were discovered, they also had sons of God. Thus because we have multiple witnesses that say sons of God and the oldest texts (DSS) also say sons of God, we have more witnesses that it should be sons of God. Not to mention that the context of the verse implies when God divided the nations and there was NO Israel yet. Abraham was picked out from the nations after the division.
