Hi Rachel, hope you’re all well. Congratulations to your boy for passing his driving test. Well I tried the pumpkin soup which was delicious last year but for some reason it went wrong. I put to much cream in & to much garlic & it went down the sink 😩it’s put me off it now lol. I made slimming world tomato soup instead 🫣your walks look divine. We have to travel an hour to the Peak District, although my 13 year old can’t walk far now. Autumn is magical. 🍂 have a lovely week. Xxx

Just catching up after lady health issues i love your outfits especially the jeans im the dame i can style the house get kids outfits spot on etc when it comes to me nope im 43 and since around 38 lost myself 2 young to dress certain way but to old to dress another so its leggings and hoodies which i really want to get away from but being a carer and homeschool i dont make effort for myself if ive made sense have got my eye test Thursday and love the style of them glasses ❤

youtubers with big followings are not real people. They are fake like a TV show, and are just for entertainment, they are basically making a TV show of their lives. They need to make content, if that can inspire in a small way - the way a cooking show might show 5 recipes and you fancy trying one of them - then they have succeeded with that video. I rarely watch anyone with big numbers of subscribers as I am much more interested in real people, like yourself. It would be great to see a video where you take inspiration from something but make it real. Folk can have a tendency to try and emulate everything they see but as you say what normal person has that time.

I can totally understand where you're coming from. I can't work now due to chronic health issues and mobility problems. I raised my kids by myself, worked part time and looked after my late father who was disabled and looked after and ran two houses. It isn't easy and to be honest when dad died who I was with at the time, I ended up having nervous breakdowns. My physical health deteriorated and life has never been the same since. My youngest son is now my carer and I feel so much guilt because he looks after me. I hate the fact I can't do what I used to and I feel extremely inadequate. Pain dictates my life. I would love to go to the gym or go walking let alone running 😅. I see people with immaculate homes (like mine used to be) and think why can't mine be like that now? Oh yes because my body is screwed, again this makes me feel a failure. Sadly Rachel there will always be people out there that make us feel like we are underperforming in life. No two people are the exact same or indeed their circumstances and the trick is to only take away from any vlog what applies to you and your situation. You are doing great, your home is gorgeous, you have a lovely family and you are so hard working. You make wonderful meals and you are a beautiful young lady. I have always told my boys to be true to themselves and I'm glad to say that's how they are. You can only live in the here and now and you can only do your best, whatever your life allows. I have had major health worries for the last couple of months after finding a breast lump and a secondary lump on my clavicle. The fear of dying and leaving my boys became overwhelming. I'm not scared of dying but I don't want my boys to feel the awful pain I felt at 20 when my mum died suddenly at 53. It's made me think about life a little differently and I've realised that I can only do what's within my ability and that sometimes decisions are taken out of your hands due to life throwing you curve balls. No one is perfect and maybe this YTber is trying to make her existence more meaningful for her because she is missing something in life. Turn around your feelings and just stop and think that she doesn't have in life what you have. A husband that is around most of the time and isn't away like hers, so maybe she lacks that companionship, she isn't a mum and that may make her feel inadequate and she misses out on all the joy that motherhood brings, she doesn't have an outside job and feels like a spare part, so she needs to fill her life with things that makes her feel fore filled in other ways. You are doing just fine and yes we always want more and to be able to do more but there is only 24 hours in a day. Look at what you have and what you do and don't beat yourself up for things that you can't fit into your already busy life. Take care my lovely. Kind regards Angeline ❤️ xx

Rachael you are so right these people live in a different world to the rest of us most of us do have to go out to work and keep up a home and look after our children and there are only so many hours in a day to get everything done ..keep up the good work and great videos love your channel 😊

Hi Rachel, you should go shorter as you get older plus I think this style would really suit you. If you don’t like it, you can always grow it longer. Love your vlogs but would like more frequency please, although I completely appreciate how busy you are as a working mama 😘

If you have your hair cut and your not sure about it afterwards the good thing about hair is that it will grow long again eventually… by the way I am a Libra too so I know where your coming from with making decisions it’s a nightmare lol ❤

Ooh I'm off to measure my cupboard never thought of drawers I have baskets which as u probably know one person pulls something out and that's it , also I popped to the range Monday downstairs was full of autumn and upstairs was Christmas craft to my delight but restrained myself from buying anything yet plus did look bit wrong having pumpkin cushions on the summer furniture and auturm leave fairy lights going round the summer pergola 😂❤
