The 09 Meta seems to focus on swarming board, so I've adjusted the decklist for Robin just a bit. I think there's something here with Luffytaro. So... I feel like both of the 2k Bon Clay are generally going to be better includes than Fridayx13, and it seems blasphemous to not run Baroque Works in the deck, because it's a straight +1 when your hand is 3 or less. Also, are you sure BW searchers can't get 4 drop Bon? IIRC "Former Baroque Works" is interchangeable w/ "Baroque Works".
This is was about how I figured set 9 Puta worked, but I'm gonna keep hoping they give us some cards to break Lily Carnation in half. As is, I'm probably gonna sub in some OP1 Shanks or something for the Rogers, because I can't justify what I can only assume will be $25+ per card for a meme deck. Also, I was legit not expecting them to be like... $2. That's crazy.
Try adding 10 drop luffy instead of Rodger helps when thy blocker up for end game

Bro thanks I have been trying to crack this deck for a while that fits my play style and this works! I made some changes but took your blueprint. Guess this deck only operates well in 09

@@konakona.I took out the Rodger and added 10 drop red luffy to get around blockers late game switched the shiki clocker for 4 drop purple uta blocker to help with match ups that go wide like zoro also added in 5 drop yasopp. Gives me an extra card to search off the uta searcher and his on play puts my leader on 6k also helps with wide boards and using up there resources. Literally just won me a game because they couldnt swing with leader after or 5k on board after dropping the new 10 drop luffy

I just saw this and feel compelled to pull you up on it. There's a moment around the 4:54 mark where you say that you "get more cards back" off the Bonney trigger. This is just strictly false, you have to trash the Bonney plus one of the 2 cards you draw, so it's trash 2, draw 2. You're breaking even, not gaining cards. It'd be like if you had to trash the blocker queen to get the draw effect.
@@yanginsarethi7559 good point. You're right there. I think I just said it wrong haha 😅 The way I see it is that it's more of a trigger that helps filter cards in hand. Plus, you go through your deck to get the cards you need for future play. There's also a healthy chance you get a 2k counter out of it too.

Have any tips on the shanks matchup? Ive have a lot of difficulty against them, especially with 5k swings just being nullified
@@sleepysaiken3984 imo shanks is always a bad match up but the way I deal with them is melting their hand while going wide. If you go second, you play out Bonclay then swing for 6 while ramping. I don't think you're concerned about getting their life early. It's more of racing them to DB, Ace and Yamato before they can comfortably set up a board. Remember you have Olivia to boost leader if you need. If you end up going first, you can just play out the Zoro Robin curve like usual. If you get out Zoro, he will get a swing in before Beckmann pops him

Any reason you don't run Dereshi other than it only searches for triggers?
I'll be honest with you, I didn't really see the value of dereshi because it's a 3c and I don't really have a turn where I actually play it. There's usually other plays I'd rather do. However I'm actually starting to use it more often! It's pretty good
