For Gum Gum Lightning, it's hard to minus don in the deck because you want to get to 10 don asap to start spamming shanks. There's other cards like Beckmann and Rayleigh that can clear a 6k without minusing don and establishing a big body. For Carina, I've wanted to add her to this deck, I just can't find room for her. She's a good blocker with good effect but I think baccarat is just a lot better because she has continuous value where as carina is just an on play. Plus, being a 3c makes it hard to combo off of Rayleigh. You can combo this into Beckman, but that's 10 don you need to commit. Hopefully this helps! ✌️

@@RevansNightmare I don't think there's one best Robin list which is what I like a lot about this leader. You can technically it and style it the way you want! I think Robin is very similar to OP06 Yamato where there's no one "best" deck list. It's more like there's different deck lists that play different styles. I'm actually curious as to what your deck lists has. I know a lot of people put in Kiku and Ace.

@@ccggenius this is true too! I forgot that's film shanks is also Uta searchable. I was actually thinking about running both Bonclay and Ain, but it just feels weird since he's not searchable and you're really only playing him on your 4 don turn. I think brachio bomber solves the turn 1 ramping issue, or just triggers pretty well. Imo that brachio, Becky and maybe rayray are flex spots. It may change based on your local meta.

9shanks is actually a good idea! I keep forgetting that's a card haha. I know Becky is good for trashing Berges, but when you get to your 7/8 don turn, BB would almost 100% have used leader effect, so you can't use his on play effect anyways. I'm running Rayleigh for the doffys, Pluffys, luccis, and other decks that go wide.

@@tornado51414 I don't think the Lilith search is a good card with this package because you're only running 12-15 egghead cards (you'd want to search). I don't think it's worth running her because: 1. There's a high chance you whiff your big bodies, gum giant events, robins, or general counter 2. You're likely not going to get through with a 5k swing on turn 2 3. It's a non counter. 4. If you play her and whiff, that's ramp card you've lost. I know that it's a great play off of the 6 Robin trigger, but that's a very specific scenario you'd need to find yourself in. To be honest, I think Olvia is a much better target for the 6 Tobin trigger if you ever need it. You can essentially bump up your leader to 8k for the rest of the turn which can negate some other swings. The point with this deck list is to control board and play out big bodies fast in order to force their life down. So you're pressuring them by board and life. So you want to play fast. Hopefully this helps ✌️

@@kingsj9027 I haven't gotten any doffy matches yet (ironically enough). Everyone at my locals kind of dropped him once 09 came out haha. But the Luffy, Yamato, katakuri, gedatsu and egg nami and Luffy are all for the doffy match ups because they help with controlling their board that early in the game. Shanks, you want to go second and just get your big bodies out as soon as possible. Egg Luffy is pretty good to take care of Lucky Roux. You want to pressure shanks' lift with banish as much as possible and take care of board with your board. Once you get a couple of big bodies on the field, then I think it's fine to start swinging life because now they act like psudeo blockers. BB is def a weird one. Here is what I've been doing. think you want to get big bodies out as much as possible, as fast as possible. You're going to be able to defend early just because BB is taking time to set up. Pressure his life only with banish while setting up a wider board to take care of hisaugers, laboons, Doc Qs, etc. I would also suggest going second for this match ups and mill for onami. It will really help to get an extra swing to take care of laffite. Also don't be afraid of playing usohachi and Bege either! BB struggles into decks that go wide, so you want to go as wide as possible. You're fine by not swinging high into BB because he's likely not gonna want to use counter. Hopefully this helps! ✌️

I'm not too sure about the 5c because it's very difficult to get a value bottom deck at 2c. I get that you trade a card to buff up Bones, but you are losing board presence by bottom decking him. I'm also okay with the 3c bon clay, but to me it's interchangeable with Fridayx13. The reason why we don't run the Baroque event is because it search's only Baroque works whereas Mr.3 searches anything with "Baroque Works" in its type. 4c Bonclay and the new 7c croc are both "Former Baroque Works", so they are not searchable with the Baroque searcher. However, they are both searchable by Mr.3. Sorry about the late response! Life's been busy haha. But hopefully this helps! ✌️

@@konakona.I took out the Rodger and added 10 drop red luffy to get around blockers late game switched the shiki clocker for 4 drop purple uta blocker to help with match ups that go wide like zoro also added in 5 drop yasopp. Gives me an extra card to search off the uta searcher and his on play puts my leader on 6k also helps with wide boards and using up there resources. Literally just won me a game because they couldnt swing with leader after or 5k on board after dropping the new 10 drop luffy

@@yanginsarethi7559 good point. You're right there. I think I just said it wrong haha 😅 The way I see it is that it's more of a trigger that helps filter cards in hand. Plus, you go through your deck to get the cards you need for future play. There's also a healthy chance you get a 2k counter out of it too.

@@sleepysaiken3984 imo shanks is always a bad match up but the way I deal with them is melting their hand while going wide. If you go second, you play out Bonclay then swing for 6 while ramping. I don't think you're concerned about getting their life early. It's more of racing them to DB, Ace and Yamato before they can comfortably set up a board. Remember you have Olivia to boost leader if you need. If you end up going first, you can just play out the Zoro Robin curve like usual. If you get out Zoro, he will get a swing in before Beckmann pops him

I'll be honest with you, I didn't really see the value of dereshi because it's a 3c and I don't really have a turn where I actually play it. There's usually other plays I'd rather do. However I'm actually starting to use it more often! It's pretty good
