    You can't increase the amount of fast twitch muscle fibres you were born with. You can work on them to make them faster, but if you're born with majority slow twitch muscle fibres, all the training, sleep, and diet will not turn you into an elite sprinter. I hope that makes sense.

    Great video. I plan to compete at the masters Track and Field championships in Gainesville Florida Feb 2025. I'm 61 and look to run the 100 and 200 meter events. I like your take on the spikes vrs Regular race shoes. I think I will pass on the spikes.

    Fascia is so underground that an incredibly informative FREE video with knowledge and wisdom can exist in the worlds most used platform for education and have 1100 views over a year. Coaches and athletes learning and understanding fascia right now are LIGHT YEARS ahead of the competition. Introduced fascia training to my small group of youth athletes about a month ago and the improvement in our explosion, flexibility, body control, balance etc has been so pronounced that we are already reevaluating our performance goals for next season.
