Go team Suarez, off to the 2024 World Aquatics Championships on 08/02/2024. It is never easy 2 win any sports match because all of the participant give it a 100% effort but I try everyday so I'm ready to do my job and hopefully I'm the one who gets it right and wins at the end. In swimming the rules are different so the gold medal is mine! Go KOTSP!!

Leon, I’m a former D1 swimmer for IU. I can tell you manipulate your technique overtime like me, you master techniques overtime and don’t settle on one way that worked, you improved upon them over time, smart bc the body gets stronger it makes no sense to do the same stroke you did even when you were 17. At the time I was retiring my breaststroke I was doing the same unique techniques that yours does. I noticed that you’ve been making the logical tweaks necessary over time in the same order that I did also so I thought this advice would help since it helped me. I’m sure you know what you’re doing at the end of the stroke how you push your head down slightly after the kick and how it allows your kick to push you down not up right away like everyone else is doing is unique. I found it out, too, but I found one more key after it before I left IU that I want to share with you, and it might not work for you, but it was another key to add to the stroke system that made it run smoother, and it might help you go even faster. After you lunge and you’re rising back up to the surface with your head down and ready to lift up again, you need to create a better hole for your head to come back out, so as your head is lifting back up I suggest you try to make a more aggressive Y with your arms. You should feel that instead of transitioning from Y to head lift it in one fluid motion, you should feel like the arms are slightly ahead in the motion and almost like the arms are creating force for the head to go up a ramp. Before you were relying on the force of the kick and glide and head lift as force to go up this ramp, but I’m suggesting you take one last kick push like on a skateboard with the Y before you go up the ramp with your head first. Being more aggressive with the Y at the beginning of the stroke helps create stability for the body as the body is fully out and ready to come back down the bottom of the ramp to level off, so you can land on the ramp better and your kick is like going back down the ramp with all your body weight the water is the wheels and your head controls balance. WOW..Just watched this guy CRUSH the 2023 NCAA finals..unbelievable!!!!

Au delà des records battus (pulvérisés devrait-on dire) Léon a révélé qu'il était devenu un sprinter de classe mondiale, en brasse mais aussi en libre. Ses performances sur relais en attestent. Même si pour le proche avenir sur 100m la 1ère place lui semble barrée par le phénomène Popovici, sur 200 et 400 libre il semble capable d'aller chercher les RM actuel de Paul Biedermann ou au moins de jouer une place sur un podium mondial, tout comme en Brasse ou ses progrès semble impressionnant, tant en vitesse qu'en endurance Pour récapituler, sans lui accorder une domination sans partage, il serait médaillable aux championnat du monde dans au moins 7 courses (200 & 400 libre, 200 & 400 4N, 200 papillon, 100 & 200 brasse) sans compter les relais. Même le 800 libre ne lui semble pas inaccessible, mais je ne pense pas que cela soit une priorité ni une envie pour lui de se confronter à des distances aussi longues Il est vrai aussi que c'est impossible de participer à autant de course sur un seul championnat mais il aura au moins l'avantage d'avoir le choix
