Salutations:)
This is so helpful for learning how to make these sounds with my Arp Odyssey. Thank you 🙏
incredible
nice
Incredible. Well done for all that hard work and thanks for taking the time to show it so clearly
First time I see someone nail this distinct lead sound. Awesome 💯🙏🏼✌🏼
Stunning finger work. Jazzfunk fusion ❤
You crushed this. Wow.
Офигеть! Неужели кто-то снял!
so fucking cool
Secret code unlocked! OMG thank you!!
thanks
This is amazing.
Holy shit. How you know how to play all that. 😂
GREAT!!!!
Can you confirm that the sound you introduce at 0:21 is emulated Clavinet with Wah? How does Herbie get that sound? What other effects besides Wah does he use?
Yes. It’s a real clavinet. Hohner E7, with a wah pedal. I think Herbie used a Hohner D6. I also believe Herbie used an Echoplex for the delay on the ARP.
This is litterally insane. no words.
Wow!!! That lead solo and also the sound is spot on!!! Can only imagine the amount of time that went into the sound design and practice of the solo... great work!!!
Incredible, Sean! How can I contact you?
how'd you learn this with all the effects and such? looking over Herbie's shoulder?! hha ive listened to the original so many times and you play it so close.. wild
The sound is exactly the same. Holy shiat
omg!amazing!!いや、凄まじい。この曲のソロまでも音も含め再現するとは!!
DAMN that was accurate while still groovy
Amazing. Herbie said that out of key part at the end was a mistake and kept it.
Yeah, early ARP Odysseys had a pitch knob, yes a rotary knob, not those pressure pads later ones had. He bumped this while playing but decided to keep this section. You can read this in his book Possibilities.
Wow! Super! Please more. Great work😎👍🏻🎹
More than spot on … ⚡️⚡️⚡️ perfecttttttttt❤️❤️❤️❤️
Tremendous ARP work 💪👷👏
Excellent!
Excellent! 😃😀 I suscribed! 👍
Excellent work
Great job!
Wow...
You are a genius... u literally copied one of the most complex solos in the history of music... the thing is this solo is so hard because of the feel...
🙏🙏🙏🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅 💆♂️🤳.
Congratulations Sean, really great work on the ARP solo!
Awesome job my friend....
So cool to see the arp controls live with the solo, thanks for that. Nailed it!
Great stuff, learning how to groove slowly truly is the key
