An old channel that details my growth through music. Started as a cover channel, becoming something else now.
I started playing bass when I was 15 in 2007. 3 months later i got a guitar on my 16th birthday.
I was a huge RATM and Primus fan, and over time became a bottom feeder.
I currently use(and proudly endorse without being endorsed):
Ibanez ATK200 4 string natural finish
SWR SM-900 Professional hybrid head
SWR Working Man 8x10 cabinet
Darkglass Microtubes B7K
Boss GEB-7 Bass Equalizer
Assorted gear in older vids:
Warwick Rockbass Corvette Classic 5 string, Ibanez SDGR300 4 string, Epiphone Les Paul Custom Silverburst, Ibanez RG120 red guitar, Digitech RP80 multieffects pedal, Boss Metal Zone MT2 Distortion pedal, Raven 100watt solid state amp+raven 412 cabinet, Fender Rumble 15 bass amp

Just me tinkering around. I had a drumbeat in my headphones. Obvious messups here and there but it's some original material finally.

Love this band. My new favorite. This song is sloppy with a solo of my own based loosely off of the original one. Enjoy.

I meant to cover this song the day I got my LP. Glad I waited till I could actually play it half-decently. Check out my other covers. If you're wondering, I have an EMG 85 in the bridge and a digitech RP80 for wah, along with a Raven 100watt head and 412 cab.
Primus' Kalamazoo on bass.

I remember seeing them at Harpo's in 2006-2007 for the first time, blew me away.
Wow! Just Amazing performance. Gojira, Yeahhhhhh!
That double bass rhythm at the end is awesome, constantly changes BPM to throw you off rhythm
I’d live and die to have been there
The fucking POWER. God daaamnn
05:32 Me when the waiter asks for the third time, what kind of red wine I´d prefer
Incredible song, from studio to alive
Quel son en concert !!!🎉🎉🎉😮 du très très très lourd !!!❤❤❤❤ respect 🫡🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷
Ive been listening to Gojira for a while but hadnt found The Link until now. Ive missed out on some killer tracks it seems. The irregular pattern at the end sounds heavy, stunted and just awesome.
There isn’t, and will never be another outro written to top this. Not even close.. That’s not an opinion that’s straight facts
3:12 😳
Death Metal MASTERPIECE
Who's here after the 2024 Olympic opener?
I repeated this ending like 5 times. 5:15
I love this band soooo much.
Bordeaux!
Bordeaux!
I'm nearly 58, but this band changed my world a couple of years ago. Just incredible.
Just... how... All the stagediving and people still respected the musicians.
4:47 the delay effect on that fucking scream
Embarrassed for any band that has to play after them 😅
I’ve seen them live 3 weeks ago and I cannot stop to listen them ❤
This is brutal.
The song starts at 1:21
4:45 . Buddy. Nobody does it like Gojira.
this is the absolute sickest live show of all time and nothing i’ve ever seen in metal has topped it yet, not even domination in moscow
Loveeee!!!🔥🖤
Not my favorite album from Gojira, but there's surely some songs that goes into the heart
the energy man... damn gotta go to one of their shows!
Starts with Silvera and ends up at Remembrance and The Link album
haha yeah that's what's great with gojira starting from death metal and evolved through time , each albums having a different flavor while retaining their style
ONE OF THE BEST HEADBANGING SONGS EVER CREATED
ce putain de live , j'avais 20ans et on c'était bien marré, ambiance de fou pour l'enregistrement DVD à bordeaux barbey , je les revois bientôt fin février à l'aréna de Bordeaux, 20ans après ! 😀
tain mec arrête , moi ct furyfest 2003 ..la bonne époque et pareil moi je les vois cet été a montreal , et ils joue art of dying et the way of all flesh :)

I wish time travel was real so i could go back and be at this show
A morbid angel grove to it
perfection !
A French band and an adoring French audience. Doesn't get any better than this.
one of the best musical compositions on the planet!
5:28 i love the transition and the sync
1:50 good job playing Justin’s part 🔥🔥
As tight as Pantera live, fantastico!
Simply the best drummer I’ve ever seen, Mario has me with my jaw on the floor every. single. time.
This show looks so crazy live
4:14 has got be the filthiest riff ever
Sick!!!
Man how I wanna drum like mario 🥵
I love how they’re not even moving in the beginning. Just statues delivering heavy riffs. Badass
i was there ! So powerfull ...
The raw power from every member of the band is very inspiring. Amazing. Mario Power.
