Yes we can use pan flute to put everyone to sleep Samsue, its just that i feel its too expensive to use pan flute as mandrake / green gem is rare in the early game, but yes we can use pan flute when we have enough resources to recycle our pan flute 😄☺️👍

Oh do you put the Sign on the middle between the walls? Because if you only put all the walls, the larvae will see them as obstacle and will go around the walls. So we need to put a Sign in the middle /between the stone walls, because larvae did not see Sign as obstacle, so they will keep trying to pass through the Sign but will be blocked.

Even one going through (probably from the middle pool) just kills all my catapults. I will try your suggestion. This is my first time playing with Winona and this fight is a nightmare T__T. Makes me miss Willow who can just walk in and kill him with a hambat, Bernie and some embers.

Ahh we need to have a Sign between the walls, try to follow the Sign set up in the video from 1:40 to 2:55 , it will help to prevent the lavae from getting past the walls, you can do it!! @@Wattata888 Thank you. And the tip worked! Granted they still get through sometimes through the sign but it still helps. I'm thinking maybe a fossil or statue might be more stable in the future. It's weird because on my Wolfgang world the larvae never go around the wall and its just a straight wall... Oh well.

Glad to know the Sign worked yey! 😄 But yeah i understand, sometimes dragonfly do the spawn lavae animation on our side of the walls, so the lavae that spawned is on our side and can attack us, since you are using Winona, the moment you see this stray lavae, you can kite it away from your catapults, or use pan flute to make sure it didnt go far and finish it ASAP 😁 Maybe lavae is scared of Wolfgang 😆😆💪😎

Ah the update to relocate the nest was launched about 1 year ago, yes i love the crazy 60hp heal and the 150 hunger gain from the Tall Scotch Egg recipe, so easy to make as well, plus the meats and bunny puffs drop, total profit haha 😁🤩 Have fun my friend 😄

@@Wattata888 Yes, and i looked a lot of guides but when it came to actually doing it myself it was pretty scary and i thought i wouldn't do that( and because of that i was watching even more guides but didn't play a lot), but now that i did rushed ruins 2 times i see that it's easy :) the only things are left is to build a base, explore the main island and survive, and then i think I'll survive until summer for the first time and maybe I'll even defeat the moon champion and nightmare fuel weaver I'm WX78 main btw, i hope Klei releases skill tree for him soon:)

It takes a long time to raise them and make sure they don't die from hunger or other mobs :D I even tried to build a wall around them so they'd stay safe but if I walked away too far from them, they would just "get out" of the walls and follow me anyway :(

Ah yes the small babybirds will follow us everywhere we go, I suggest to lure the adult tallbird from the mosaic biome to near your base (following the guide in this video), its easier and less time consuming than raising from the egg😊

Yes I know haha, this guide is for beginner, so to help them prevent the shadow hands from keep spawning due to low sanity 😊

if the lavae pass through the wall, means you have some open gap between the sign / pool / wall, sometimes dragonfly can summon lavae when he stand on same area with us (means the lavae spawn is not blocked by the wall), to prevent this, you can put a layer of wall surrounding that pool. Aside from lavae, there should be no problem in handling the dragonfly as long as you have marble suit to tank the damage. For Wendy, i think we should keep Abigail passive when dragonfly go to spawn lavae so Abigail didnt follow dragonfly and get attacked by the lavae, hope this helps!

@@lilgoofygoober9867 yep i think thats where they came from, as the fight goes dragonfly can spawn up to 2 lavae from 1 pond, have you tried using pan flute to deal with the lavae? Since they will die after 30seconds

I wonder what weapon you use? I was using fresh hambat and using Wilson with normal damage as seen in video, tested several times, workingg fine, i think it is because of your damage output, you are using Wendy only or Wendy + Abigail? if only Wendy, since she has -25% damage penalty, that means the fight is 25% longer and means need 25% more armor, sorry I didnt think of this, but surely, that means if you have 5 marble suits, the fight is surely win! 😄 (you can grow the marbles first to get more marbles), lemme know your progress :)

Uhmm, may I ask, my current world only have 1 tall bird and it's egg. If I grow the egg, will it build its own nest to make them 2 tall bird?

When we raise a baby tallbird into adult, it will make new nest, but tallbird only can make nest on rocky turf / barren turf (like those turf on mosaic biome where we find the tallbirds) so make sure you prepare the turf nearby as you raise your baby tallbird (it takes total 28 days to raise from baby to adult tallbird) 😄

Hi Robert, oh I'm using ActionQueue mod that can help to do actions by pressing Shift then drag with mouse click, try to install this mod, its very helpful in doing things like harvesting grass/twigs /building walls / etc 😄

Thank you! I think Maxwell and Wendy are a great combo, since Abigail damage is area effect while Maxwell's Shadow Duelist deal single target damage, they complement each other 😄 However Maxwell will need to watch out for low max HP (75 only), keep distance from enemy with Shadow Prison if needed, also watch out Sanity from getting too low, to avoid spawning Nightmare Creatures. For Wendy, need to know when Abigail is useful or not, example Abigail is excellent for fighting Spiders but will die quickly if fighting boss / treeguards, but aside from this, should be no problem 😄 Its very sweet that you and your wife play together, lemme know if you have any questions, cheers! 😄😁

@@Wattata888 Since 2015 we have been playing together lol. We just want to get to a point where we can beat the bee queen. Surely between the both of us it shouldn't be that hard. I will focus on casting prison on the bee's so she can focus on the bee queen. Unyielding draught helps Abigail's defense quite a bit. I'll bring a bunch of sanity raising food's so I can keep supporting with duelist. I'll get her thulecite gear and I have the top hat, night armor and night sword to make the duelist stronger. idk what else to do :D Any advice would be great.

@@netwand3rer We beat her but not without theulecite gear for abigail, unyieding draught, my duelist, shadow prison & 2 flutes. I felt like we had to use too much to barely beat her lol she is terrible
