that "how I" was absolutely heavenly. I've seen a few times where Jessica has sung defying gravity and I've never heard her do that sort of... 'vocal bend' before, but somehow it really fits the bit.

The way she slingshot that last “I” off that crunchy “and” in “The Wizard and I” sent me to heaven.

Jessica Vosk is the only singer I have ever had the privilege of hearing both in-person and on recordings like these where...how do I put this...if somebody asked "What does the cleanest of glass, or the smoothest of ice sound like?" - I would, without question, answer "THIS WOMAN RIGHT HERE!" And she's SO. DAMN. FUNNY! I think she'd make a great stand-up comic on a whim if she felt like it. She's also just lovely in how she describes the privilege of playing the role for the 15th Anniversary, and what the character of Elphaba means to her. Her friends are lucky - she's the friend everybody wants to spend time with and she knows it.

Still the most phenomenal Elphaba. There's others with nice voices, but they don't have the clean sound Jessica has. Healthy, clean and gangbusters

Wish the orchestra wasn’t so loud so we could hear her better, she’s amazing!!
