1- open xampp-control-panel 2- click on apache config to open php.ini file or go to disk where you installed xampp (exp: C:\xampp\php\php.ini) 3- open php.ini file & look for php_intl extention using (ctrl+f) 4- uncomment its extention you found (;extension=php_intl.dll ==> extension=php_intl.dll)
restart apache to load new config
@@webcakers2270 bundle of thanks sir. Yes i found that extension that is written like this way ; extension=intl These are missing words as "php" , "_" and ".dll"

@@AA_aa132 thanks, that's what I want by this video, resolving that issue that I forgot it several times when I install xampp ; but since 2021 I'm using docker I don't need to install anything on my laptop.
