"Was it easier with, or without the moose?" Timber talks about boiling the moose jerky, frying pike with lard, and the cold weather shelters. (My moose stuff was brought to the US through proper legal channels. There's a taxidermist I can recommend who has a great customs broker and does it all 100% right!)

Really looking forward to your up-and-coming videos ….I rooted for you from day one ,,all the way through the series …fantastic to see and experience your Bushcraft skills 👍👍 Team Timber
You were my family's favorite contestant by far! This season has been the best since Season 6, and it was all because of you. Your talent, bravery, and warmth brought so much to the show. When this song played, we were completely blown away. I have nothing but love and respect for you and wish you an amazing future filled with happiness.
I absolutely loved that song you came up with on Alone!! ☮️💕
Thank you Timber. At some time in the future, could you do an audioversion of your book for the sight impaired? Gratefully!
Such an interesting video. Your boys will be thankful when they become adults. I grew up as a boy without a dad or any family members with practical skills, and I regret it so much. I'm in my 30s, and I'm unable to fix even the most basic electrical/vehicular/plumbing problems. Sure, I acquired other skills like computer knowledge, but it's a regret I carry with me every day. Learning *is* possible, but it's so hard to find the time when there's family and a full-time job to consider. - much love from a Western European fun. We appreciate you Timber.
Man I really enjoyed this. great video
So good seeing the young fellas getting involved with preparing their food. They dont see it yet, but in the future they will look back at these times as golden memories and God given blessings they had with their Dad
I stopped the video at the time you started the skinning process. I don't have a problem with you doing it, because it's for food and your teaching your children a quality skill. You are a great Dad. I appreciate the first half of the video where it was about the hunt and not bloody. Those parts I'll watch every time as I find it interesting. I'm just not a hunter... have a great week and thanks for the entertaining videos. I pray you have a wonderful week. Keep up the good work. : )
Excellent marksmanship, well placed.love your hunting attitude and your appreciation for food.awesome fall scenery my favourite time of year.cheers guys have a great day
This is what was missing in the Alone series. The butchering of the kill. I find it fascinating
Thank you Timber, for taking us along with you on your deer hunt and sharing your thoughts with us. Having your boys involved in the skinning process was awesome, and you gave mom some sorely needed down time. Those boys will cherish those moments for years to come. Congrats on the new arrival! God bless you and your family!❤
What a fantastic video! I absolutely love how you commentate to help us to understand where you are coming from. Having your boys there made the experience so special. Bravo!!
You are my favorite alone contestant of all time and not just because you live in Indiana. I live in northern Indiana. I appreciate your grateful nature and your words.
Awesome video Timber. It made me so hungry. I bet that fresh meat tasted Awesome too.
pooooooo
Dang, thanks for posting this. Really good stuff.
Yours so near for winning.❤🎉 Best season 11 .
😂😂😂
Charge TTI. Boiling issue fixed. I love the Charge. Easily my favorite medium multitool. Just don't buy an Arc. I've had two. Both had massive QC issues
Was rooting for you, Timber ! So glad you got a channel !! 🫡
Charge plus has aluminum scales, no?
You, Dub and William slugging it out till the end was amazing. You was so entertaining it had me gripped. I'm actually sad its over. Best season so far in large part due to you. Well done, you did exceptional.
One of the most watchable and skilled contestants ever.
Man, I wanted all 3 of you to get to some money you all deserved it
jesus christ get to the point this guys a tweaker you repeated yourself 500000 times lay off the drugs
Hey Timber you looked like you could have done another 30 days. But so did William so probably would not have won the money. Is there any spin offs from the show that can make serious money because you deserve something for your effort.
Thank you for the explanation of why you left Alone. I didn’t expect that it would impact me like it did. Good stuff brother. God bless.
That...was awesome
Regarding where to find the axe you were talking about... Lehman's Hardware out of Kidron, Ohio has Hudson's Bay axes. Looks like they retail for around $80-$81+ tax.
This was awesome Timber, really appreciate all your videos, but especially this one. It was raw, emotional and pure truth. I thank God that you found healing out there, and I pray too that others who've faced a lot of trauma and death may also find healing and life as you have. I have so much love for our veterans and military. I've not seen combat, but the last 5 years or so has seemed to be so much defined by my losses and death in the family. I won't get into it much, but I lost my mom in '21 and nothing has been the same since. The world has felt much darker and colder, like it was black and white. Over the last year or so I've started to finally heal and find my life starting to be more defined by life rather than death, and things have started to be colorful again (that beautiful fall color you spoke about!). I'm not fully healed, but I'm getting there through prayer, Church, therapy, etc., and your story has helped me greatly as well. You are a blessing Timber, and I do very much thank God for you. Though we've never met, I do consider you as one of my heroes. Much love from your neighbor to the North, Michigan. ❤
Thank you for your discussion about PTSD. It’s not just for combat veterans. I was seriously ill for a very long time. Misdiagnosed over and over again. And by the time the doctors figured it out, I had maybe a month left to live. And I had 10 years of hell leading up to it. I’m a loner so I was alone all that time. And what you said about the dam made a lot of sense. I was too sick to feel. I was too sick to dive into those feelings. And it took me years to recover emotionally. I feel like I’ve been through the worst of the PTSD now, but sometimes stuff flows over that dam again. The length of time I was sick left me with complications that wouldn’t be there had they just discovered things sooner. So there’s anger wrapped up in there along with long term suffering I went through. My health is an ongoing battle, but I’m a lot better now. I can function normally most of the time. Anyway your discussion of PTSD and finding who you really are again made so much sense to me. Thank you.
It’s funny watching all these UA-cam guys that go alone in the jungle somewhere claiming they don’t have any food and water. Only a machete and live of the land building shelters and chopping all day. Catch 1 or 2 fish and surviving? You did the real thing and those fake people have millions of followers? Well done mate for showing us your skills ❤️❤️❤️
Leathermans fail, Victorinox Swiss tool or Spirit X is the way to go,these are THE best. If I had to live in the outdoors in the middle of winter,I would defenately think for an axe. If I could have a fixed blade, it would be even better, however, if the case is "Alone" and the gear had to be limited, then I'd probably ditch the fixed blade (and I'm a fixed blade guy), but I see multitool as way more versatile and way more capable.Axe is also more important in the winter...
You’re the man Timber!
Timber!? I need to know did they let you bring home the mouse rack. I didn't see it being loaded in the chopper?
Thanks, Timber! 😊
Timber, thank you. And thank you to everyone else who works with you and who puts their lives on hold to help others. You guys are amazing. Congrats on the baby, I'm happy for you brother. You don't have to explain the colors of the wind to me buddy. I was so happy at the first smells of fall. Thanks for sharing everything you share from the show. I haven't got to watch the last episode yet, but when I do I would love to talk to you about your time out there.
I loved this!! Actually useful information!
Thank you Timber, for bringing so much love. I’d really love to share a campfire with you one day Stay solid😊❤
Many words from my heart wouldn’t sum up how much I appreciate this video. First, thank you for coming to my home state, NC to sacrifice your time (away from family and that sweet newborn daughter) and energy to help. Second, My father is a 100% disabled veteran. He was a Navy Corpsman and served with 1st battalion 1st Marine Division in Vietnam. He watched many friends perish, saved many lives and was wounded multiple times himself. Growing up my father was my hero and best friend but he was always under a cloud of PTSD and severe pain. As an adult I’ve met and spoken with quite a few Marines he served with that still call him “Doc” and praise his heroism as life saving. My best memories are being with him in nature where he was most at peace. Thank you for your dedication to serve and support our veterans; so many suffer silently the trauma of their service to our nation and we all owe them great gratitude. Lastly so that I don’t write a book. The two most important conversations we as the human race can have are: In the whom our faith lies (or lack there of) and who we choose to preside over us. The two conversations that most people avoid; religion and politics. The nailed it in this video. We need to talk about what we believe openly and honestly without reservation and create dialogue. Regardless of what one believes, it will surface in that much time alone. 83 days alone with God in His creation is a treasure that no amount of money can take away. Thank you again. It’s been an honor to watch your journey.
man the private things u share are amazing , first off thank you for your service, secondly thx u for sharing your faith , i pray these videos save a heros life and soul and that many will come to know Christ through your experience and testimony
Your faith in our Lord spoke and speaks for itself. Thanks for your good testimony of His faithfulness. Choosing to trust Him for meeting financial needs instead of trying to "do it yourself" speaks volumes of whose heart and voice you were listening to. Thanks so much for being a lot of encouragement to a lot of people.
Thank you for this video Timber. I'm not a veteran but your words resonated within me. I like your humor too. You are much appreciated.
in the woods il take a good knife multi tool i never tend to use them honestly. unless i plan to use it for work and even then usually only when im to lazy to go get a proper tool
Bro! Is that a rocket launcher behind you? Lol Classic.
Haha good eye! Yep that's rpg7 prop for my dumb song music video!
We’re just watching alone now (ep 10 in).
I’m so happy you created a channel for me to find - lol. Before I dig in to your videos, I want to ask you if the church your parents raised you in had any roots to The Move/Sam Fife/The Wilderness Movement. My Dad is an elder of the church located on the Alaskan Highway. He moved out there in 1973.
Nope, no connection to them. I don't think I've heard of them before.
Love you brother ♥️
When watching Alone I felt like I was watching you as a Dad talking to his children. Thank you for sharing your Christian path and also for helping the people of North Carolina. Looking forward to more videos of your journey. God Bless
Thank you!
always team timber. you could have released this next year and I still would have clicked on it instantlyXD
