Thanks Tracy yea I was there Friday did a walk through. Talked to guard down there he said suppose to be opening new years eve or day but there is no way as they don't have walls up or electrical done or anything as I looked into the room see what is done so far. I don't see it opening till late January or February honestly. But really casino has been total disappoint from start already. First was suppose to open July 2nd didn't happen to November. Poker room was suppose to be ready then clearly its not. Was suppose to be 2900 slots and they got 1400 which is a joke really. All they have is penny slots and dollar slots. Most all new stupid slots no old school ones. The high limit room is completely a joke not any worthwhile slots there. And according to the IT guy they have had nothing but problems cause everything is rushed. I mean honestly we waited all this time for this what a joke. Then on top of it poker room only going to have 14 tables that's like a third of cherokee casino poker room. I mean yeah ok they had a good month of opening only cause new everyone went to check it out but in a year from now that place is going to be dead mark my words and what did 550 million go too? Sure wasn't to the casino or anything people wanted. I would honestly rather keep making the 2 hour trip to cherokee than hour drive to hardrock which is sad to be honest. Jay from Tennessee 😎

My wife and I were there 1-2024. 29$ a person for entry to the park. The place is nice. They will try to up sale you. Just say no if you’re not interested. The snorkeling area was really nice.A lot to see. The staff there kinda succck looking for any way to get your money. But thats any where in Cozumel. We are going back 1 -2025, and looking forward to the snorkeling. We don’t stay for drinks or food. The little tequila stand has some of the best drinks we’ve had in cozumel. Is there room for improvement, yes, but there’s not too many places there that’s not after every penny you have. Want a relaxing day with food and drinks? Try Paradise Beach club. Wanna a party atmosphere try Mr Sancho’s beach club. Want the best Snorkeling try this place. Just do your research. Don’t buy passes to any of the beach club from any ship. Look up the place where you want to go and purchase directly from the beach club.

Sorry but you obviously failed to do your homework...this place is awesome. A DAY PASS costs 29.00 for admission to the park and a cab from the ship there is 12 bucks. Buying excursions packages on a boat is a rip off. Pick your cabana or chair and sit. Order from your chairs and enjoy everything. Dolphin experience is on sale right now for 79 bucks and includes access to the entire park. You just got scammed with your package wherever you bought it. We spent 55 bucks and that included entire park day pass for 29 and ate and drank for 4 hours and never had to leave our chairs. Terrible video because you just had bad info.
