The paint job isn't good. You need to remove the rust completely. That's why not everyone can restore these. You have to have the skills. Like welding fabrication etc. Everyone has a gift this one may not be yours.

As others have already pointed out, the general issue of double-feeding BBs with AEG guns is due to the way in which the fed BB can be pushed into the hop-up or towards the nozzle prematurely, before it is fired. By machining a small indentation on the inner top of the "breech", where the fed BB is supposed to be parked before firing, this problem can be easily solved. It solved my double-feeding problem with the Steyr AUG A5, and others have mentioned this solution also about other AEGs. Just use a 6mm metal-drill and machine something of a dent at the inside of the "breech", until it is about a few tens of a millimeter. The actual depth is not critical, as long as the BB will experience it as an impediment to move out of it, before it is launched. It is amazing how such a simple hack can improve the behaviour of BB-feeding so dramatically.

Ahoj, tiež by som rad upgrajdoval P 90 je aj niečo na čo si dať pozor? Škoda že vo videu nemáš aj ako rozoberať. A trošku aj nevedomky nejaké veci nie sú úplne viditeľné čo je škoda ale super isto mi aj toto pomôže z hopup komorou a samotnou hlavnou nemáš skúsenosť?

I wouldn't call it a restoration, I noticed that one of the legs was loose and I wonder if the refractory stones also need to be replaced, they are usually cracked after many years of use, so it is not a restoration.

Very nicely done. You could get rid of those tiny swirl like scratches by first hitting the steel with some 2000 grit wet & dry with a little water or olive oil working up to 5000 grit and finally 7000 grit..Then hit it with some green compound and the buffing wheel. Good work though😁

I have king arms p90 and open the gearbox, surprised that the gearbox ver 6 of king arms are already upgraded, all pivot are bearing and uses CNC gears.

Great job. Just finished mine about a week ago. I used vinegar and a wire brush, then seasoned it like a cast-iron skillet. I'll see how well that preserves the metal from rusting again.

Thanks for this video! I was experiencing double feeding with my CYMA P90 and my nozzle was behaving the same way as your "before". I used two 3x5x0.5mm shims (1.0mm total) as a spacer. Fortunately I did not need to modify the other end of the anti-reversal latch. The case closed without modification and the latch has a little bit of side to side movement so it's not binding. I checked my nozzle and it now seems to be behaving as your "after". Hopefully it will fix my problem. I will try it out soon. I've also seen other video where they suggest making a small dimple with 6mm drill bit in the roof (floor for P90) of the chamber to help keep the bb from either going left or right not allowing a second bb to enter the chamber. If your anti-reversal latch fix does not work, I will try modifying the chamber. I had to do so many modifications to the trigger contacts to get semi to work properly including reshaping the cut off lever. The contact shuttle broke so I had to fix that and reshape the trolley. The CYMA is a poor quality copy of the Marui. Wish I could purchase authentic Marui parts for my CYMA especially the trigger contacts.
