Bradley Smoker "It's Expensive Garbage and They Know It!"
I purchased a Bradley P10 Smoker in April of 2022, and it worked 1 time and then it never worked again. I complied with the instruction to notify the company. They sent me new parts, but well after the 30 day window to return it to Amazon for a full refund. I got the parts in October 2022! I installed the parts and the biscuit turner started working. I live in Michigan and it was now too cold to actually use the smoker. In the spring of 2023, I happily got ready to use the Bradley Smoker. Then I found that the biscuits did turn, but they would not smoke! Then, after I set the smoke timer to the recommended 20 minutes, the barely visible screen went black. I contacted Bradley Smoker and they told me that a technician would contact me. Several weeks later I called again after never getting a call from a technician. Then three days later, a technician called. He walked me through a two hour diagnostic call, and told me that the main board was defective, and that it costs $400 dollars. He told me that his (unknown female) boss would contact me. He said that they'd either replace the part, replace the unit, or give me another model. He said they'd contact me within a few hours. ...I heard NOTHING. Finally, after 5 weeks, I received an email telling me that it was out of warranty! They said that they'd work with me anyway and send parts. I never got parts. I've now had to file a small claims lawsuit just to obtain a refund. All I wanted was a working Bradley Smoker! The moral to the story is this, "Buyer Beware!" I learned that many people have had this horrible experience with this company. They now no longer answer the phone or reply to emails. When I was assessing which smoker to buy, not a single video was available telling of this company selling a known defective product. so now, "PROBLEM SOLVED!" I made this video to warn buyers. My $1,500 dollar loss ,can be used to pay for a lesson to everyone. I paid $950 for this trash can, and the balance in accessories and boxes of biscuits. Don't gamble with this company. Buy anything other than a Bradley Smoker.

Transformation of D-Troop 4/7th Cavalry, Saber 000 aka "Triple Nuts," from her OD green Army Uniform to her Michigan State Trooper "Dress Blue" is complete. I finally got to see my old Army Buddy again. I'm glad that she didn't end up a gate guard or worse, in a bone yard. Warrant Officer Wayne Linn and Crew Chief Lloyd Williams, flew her many time along the DMZ and all points with the 2nd Infa...

Anycubic Linear Plus auto level feature causing reset loop. Posted for Anycubic tech support by request. Machine was working just fine. Defective auto level sensor caused a crash of the printhead and now the printer is in a continuous reset loop. Looking for the answer.

One way you can tell if the product is quality or not is if it needs to be modded to actually work. Check youtube and you will see a ton of videos of people having to modify their bradleys to operate correctly. Higher wattage heating elements, PID smoker controllers, wiring and extra insulation. My heating element went out on my cheapo 4 rack bradley and I am so glad I didn't splurge on one of their higher end models. I hope you have received some sort of satisfactory resolution. I went back to an off set but do have my eye on one of those pellet smokers.

Try cooking your entire cook in one of these underpowered bisquette guzzling things and see how long it takes to reach finishing temps. Or put an independent temp probe in the middle of the smoker and see how much over stated the Bradley own temp readout is (due to its stupid placement right above the element. Or try seeing if you can get the cooker up to the stated max temp (even on its over stated readout). Let alone without the bisquette element running. These things are fancy but shiite.

I have had a couple of Bradley's and only had a fuse go out on one after a couple of years and had a power cord go bad on the other after the first year. Both fixes were easy and the company was great. However, that was before the virus- so I wonder if the company has gone down hill since then? I will say this- none of the pellet grill / smokers will produce anywhere near the smoke flavor that the Bradley will. After going through several, I am going back to a Bradley for smoking and lump charcoal grill for grilling. We'll see how it goes.

Mine was junk too. Had it for two years and the biscuit heater went out. Had to purchase a new sender and re-install myself. Now two years later my heating elements went out tripping the breaker. The entire cabinet needs to be split open to repair. I’ve been trying to get a hold of customer service for days, no one ever answers the phone. Stay far far away from Bradley.

I have the same Bradley. Never had a problem with it. Can’t really say anything about support as I have never needed them. I’m wondering if you tried to use the unit with an extension cord that wasn’t heavy enough to supply the electric required. That would cause your display to be dim. Could also destroy your electrical board. Sorry that you had major problems with your smoker and lost so much money. I hope you can recover your loss.

Those type smokers are pretty much obsolete now, with pellet grills. My go to is a Kamado Joe with lump charcoal, I have been cooking on it 4-5 days a week, year-around for 7+ years. But I was limited to the amount of meat I could smoke, 3 racks of ribs, 2 10lb pork butts. A couple years ago and a lot of reviews later, I purchased a Recteq pellet grill. Only use it for smoking on occasion, but it will cook 6-10lb butts or several racks of ribs or a brisket to perfection with very little babysitting.

None of the pellet grills will produce anywhere near the smoke flavor that the Bradley will. I've gone through a RecTec, and Traeger, and a Camp Chef now. They were all good enough products, but it you want the serious smoke flavor while still being able to walk away for hours, the Bradley is the best solution I have found.

I can't promise you that I will bring you all home alive. But this I swear. Before you and before Almighty God, that when we go into battle, I will be the first to set foot on the field, and I will be the last to step off, and I will leave no one behind. Dead or alive, we will all come home together. So help me, God.

I purchased this bar for my 2021 Ryker and it came defective. I didn’t realize this after I had cut my OEM bar. Now I’m stuck without my bike for the weekend. It’s a shame that I paid so much for it, to not being able to enjoy it.

I know Baja Rons sway bar is straight but the OEM bar is bent at the ends where it connects to the end links. How much of a head ache was it to pull the OEM sway bar out? I saw one video where the guy ended up using a hack saw to cut the ORM bar to be it out because he did not have an angle grinder to cut it. Pretty slick solution to the spacer problem though.

Cool! I love this panel. I'm sorry for the delay. I'm not really a Video guy and only saw your response because I just added another video for the Baja Ron Sway bar. I made this particular video because a lot of my friends wanted an explanation of how the cables went together. Thankfully, Sling Mods has since put out a better video.
