Oh no, what a nightmare. I don’t have a spare tire on my Unity, so unfortunately I’d be stuck waiting for help. So, obsessing about it probably not a bad idea except sometimes things are beyond our control.

@@LeisureTravelers this was on a 30’ TT LTV is on my wishlist. You’re right I’ve never seen a spare for LTV’s.

I have seen some on the LTV Facebook group that have placed spares attached to the hitch, it’s an option if you need the spare but obviously takes away from using the hitch for bike rack etc.

Thank you, yes we have had a very good experience with our Unity and have never regretted our purchase. The biggest problem right now is not being able to use it as often as we’d like!

Thank you! We keep the bikes on the 1up rack attached to the rear hitch. It can be annoying to put them on and off every day but I feel like it’s the most secure way to store them overnight.

That great! The LTV’s really seem to have high quality. I often say the only problem I have is not being able to use it more!

We love the Unity. In our opinion and for how we like to camp, it’s the perfect RV, balance between having all the amenities we want (dry bath etc), yet being a perfect size for driving and parking in tighter places. Quality is excellent, comparing to our previous Traillite B+ camper, and we’ve had few issues. We purchased new in 2016, it was a cancelled order that the dealer had available on the lot, and it was the exact layout we wanted. I would like more solar capacity, so this will be something I hope to upgrade soon, otherwise happy with everything as purchased. Having to fill DEF fluid is annoying. Overall biggest regret is not being able to use it more!

@@Grammapro It’s a 3-way refrigerator that came standard with our Unity. When plugged in to 30amps it runs off 110v, when we unplug and drive, it runs off battery, when we park without electricity it switches to propane.

That’s a really good question! In fact, we are planning on making a video about this in the near future. So it’s funny you ask. At this point, knowing our experience with the Unity and how we like to camp, we would definitely go with the LTV again. We repeatedly say to each other how this is the perfect camper for us, both with the layout and quality we have experienced. I’m drawn to the smaller size of the B vans but we are really enjoying the extra amenities from having that extra length with a 25 foot camper I.e. dry bath, storage, set up bed etc

Not yet, but it’s a good point and something we always have to keep in mind when driving. Even on paved roads, driving into entrances that ramp up or down, taking them at an angle to avoid contact but it hasn’t been an issue yet.

That's so exciting, the wait will be worth it! We feel lucky to have the storage. We are not able to travel as much right now so it's really nice to have for the long winters and also helps to keep critters out.

We have just under 30,000 miles on it so far, it’s been doing great. No issues, a couple recall items which were needed but did not have problems. Loving the power with the diesel engine, our previous RV was gas and it struggled in the mountains, much better performance with the Unity in Colorado.

No question for us, this was our perfect layout and our dream camper. Every layout has its pros and cons, it is definitely an individual decision based on your needs and how you camp. We love the bed being set up and having a dinette, down sides are the corner bed area is tight on space, but works for us.

It really was great, we go there frequently but it never gets old!

I love the idea of TPMS but after what we experienced, just worried about having more issues. For how we travel, regular manual checks seems to work well.

Actually we bought it new in 2016. It was a cancelled order and the dealer had it available for us right away. We used Lake Region RV in Ramsey, MN and had a really great experience with them.

Oh no, sorry you had to deal with that. I assume this is necessary to keep weight down, they are already on the high end of weight capacity. Good news that most find their dealers and LTV service and warranty to be exceptional, hopefully that is your experience as well.

@@LeisureTravelers Yes, service at the Winkler plant is excellent. The quality of service work at my dealer is however poor. The unit is normally further damaged when returned requiring me to consider returning to Winkler. I am most disappointed to the point I am now considering a Pleasureway. Understand they have a 5 year warranty and the cabinets are built in house using laminate which seem indestructible

@@cd5028 That’s too bad about your dealer, this has not been our experience at all. I’m still convinced the LTV’s generally have very high quality build, but as I’ve said before every RV has the potential of having issues. Either way, I hope you can find a resolution and are able to enjoy your future camping experiences.

We have the Ariel Rider X-class 52V ebikes, so far really enjoying them. We really love the LTV, we have had it since 2016 and it has been great, the only problem is we don't have enough time to use it more!
