I was 19 in the army in Germany, had a beautiful girlfriend that was my 1st wife until she passed 7 years later. I formed a company, that I am still using today at 52. The fun part is, telling people no, I am not employed by anyone else and do not get a paycheck from them.

I love what you said about making coworkers feel equal and welcome. I understand both of feeling unaccepted and a welcome part of the group. If it can’t be fixed to everyone’s satisfaction then it’s time to leave. No job is worth the stress. The best job I had was working for 7-11. The job I was most appreciated was an office clerk at a medical clinic. But I was so relieved when I had the opportunity to retire early. I felt the stress lift off of my shoulders.

The coffehouse looks really good...just a suggestion...seems like u could have a more interactive guest experience if draw them into ceiling...like pretend it is an overhead aquarium...paint bellies of river fish with light and waves as if seen underwater. Also could do a projector of 8 hour forest with waterfall in furthest end to coffeehouse. Could make it like a large and narrow width floor to ceiling window. They have projectors from ceiling or throw image beside wall. Another idea is create a sculpted igneous rock cave finish to far end side walls with drawing to whatever like, fancy geometric prisms...or jungle like paradise or beach scene very bright...to reinforce idea natural light is from coffeehouse entrance....upper story. Regardless best wishes!
