What time of year was this?
Luv "Desolation/Hell Hole"; grew up in that area! GREAT JOB......😊
I just finished this section, and I have to say you did a remarkable job of capturing this -- the scenery, the wildlife and the whole experience. In fact, this is my favorite Section J video of all the ones I've seen. You had sunny days when I had cloudy and vise versa, so I appreciate being able to see what I missed. Sorry you appear to missed a short section of scenery due to clouds. Great work!
Thank you! We attempted this early July this summer, but it was too early and still had too much snow. So beautiful! If I were filming you would have just heard huffing and puffing! I love all the animals you saw.
Thank you. Greatly appreciated. I thru hiked in 2017 and this trail was closed. I will be doing it in 2024.
все 2023 was hard. What month is it? June?
Brad what month or date did you hike this in?
Thanks, Brad. I thoroughly enjoyed these videos. I missed my chance to do this, and I'm grateful to you for showing me what it must have been like.
Thank you, Brad.
Man that looks like a beautiful trail!! :)
Congratulations!! Thanks for sharing your adventures!!
Nicely done. Now, who is up for a yo-yo?
Big Congrats 🎉👏🏼👏🏼 Been a real pleasure following your journey. PCT & Triple Crown … AWESOME! Cheers from 🇨🇦
These last 2 videos are spectacular! Fantastic section of the trail. Washington is a gem. Cheers
Right decision a couple of months ago. Amazing the difference!! Cheers👍🏻👍🏻
Congratulations! Thank you for sharing your hike!❤
Awesome. I've truly enjoyed your videos. 👑👑👑
The journey was definitely the destination. Have followed all your trek since you started at the Mexican Border. Well done ( A hearty clap on the back here).
Stunning end to an incredible adventure! Congrats on earning that Triple 👑, babe. Proud of you!
Good job! It was a hard earned year do you def earned it with all the record snowfall we had this year. Thanks for all your posts. WA gave you a really colorful send off. Such spectacular scenery. Looked chilly but still gorgeous
Shot after shot after shot, I’m so in love with this place! 😍 Can we move there now, please?
It was a difficult year with all the water and snow but you made it!
70 miles in 16 minutes! (4.4 miles per minute)
The northern section of the cascade range has the most spectacular views on a clear day. And it looks like you got several in a row. Thanks for posting your views.
I do not think I could thru hike this trail. It would take me forever to move from scenic view to scenic view. I think I would just have to section hike so I could take it all in. Very beautiful video and I find it calming before bedtime, thanks.
Very Nice BG, keep it it up!! I love it!!. Is this path really devoid of people??
Thanks for watching! I didn’t see a lot of people this section. It was a Sun - Tues when I hiked it.
another awesome, comment free hike.
Another absolutely beautiful hike! I love the Stevens Pass area.
Beautiful hike to start my morning out with!
I’d be way more interested if I knew the date this was filmed. Then the amount of snow would have a context that would let us know whether it’s a lot or little compared to what’s normal for that time of year. Great scenery of course. Want to know the date for any video of nature .
Thanks for watching! Check out the description section for the dates.
And the Yosemite section is so ruggedly rocky and lots of water. Hopefully the mosquitos didn’t attack too badly. Congrats on linking your foot steps. Hopefully you don’t have a huge fire closure in WA to skirt around.
9:50 You even saw an Olympic athlete diving into a cold lake!
That section is so exposed. But it’s the sierras so sure, lots of snow
What incredible scenery and I’m only halfway through the video!
That cotton candy sky @ 3:36 though… wow!
I mean… 😍
I've been watching these to fall asleep at night they are so peaceful.
I appreciate your videography. No music and not a lot of talk, you just show the beautiful scenery and the trail.
Hey, really nice channel...what hazards should I be aware of in hiking New Mexico in the month of November?
Thanks foryour content, really enjoy your work
Now that you’ve been hiking in nor cal and OR snd WA snd returned to the sierras, its a very different mountain range. Not as much volcanic slopes as glacier carved granite slopes. Different kinds of trees and flowers. Beautiful in its own unique way. Thanks for always highlighting the beauty of wherever you are and not spoiling it with constant banter. The beauty and ruggedness speak for themselves.
Ive hiked all over this section and it’s so gloriously peaceful and beautiful. My best friend lives up there and was an avid hiker and backpacker for many years. She’s shown me so many gorgeous trails and this is one of her favorites
So much less snow than even a month ago. It’s like a totally different place. Hopefully you weren’t going through there when the remnants of hurricane Hilary was blustering through. Looks like you got good weather. I was visiting a friend up there in July and there was still a lot of snow in the mountains. It’s never been like that all the years I’ve lived in CA(37 yrs but grew up in OR and WA)
I love the rugged beauty of this hike.
Spectacular section of the trail. Enjoying your videos👍🏻. Cheers👏🏼👏🏼
These are exactly the videos I would like to see. Not always your own face but the beauty of the surroundings. However, I have to tell you that this will not get you anywhere on UA-cam. I hope you're just doing this as a hobby. But then I take my hat off to you. You show us great cinema! I'm looking forward to the sequel Greetings from Germany
Thanks for watching! You are correct on that. I’ve always just wanted to showcase the trail itself. To let you see what I see and hear what I hear!
Excellent video! ❤ It's the next thing to being there. ;) Beautiful area and views for sure. I've watched other people's videos awhile back of this area and I think yours is the best so far. Thanks for sharing!
Whow, what beautiful views! Greetings from Germany 😊
Gorgeous! Guess we're gonna have to go back to WA again.... 😘
I've been following a few PCT thru hikers, and you by far had the best Knife's Edge conditions. Incredible visibility and views.
