Not impressed with what that TT park looked like....... For a very sought after location, you would think they would at least level it out. Joshua Tree is on our list even though after growing up in AZ, we've seen them our whole lives!! PS, always wear closed toes shoes in the desert!! See ya soon!!

That was quite the hike. 😂. Yes, hate driving in those crazy winds. I can only imagine how bad it is in the Tiffin. It’s amazing how hazy it got with all the dirt being blown around between y’all felt like you were being sand blasted. Beginners luck! 😂😂.

We’re here now (July 2024) staying in site 24. Wasn’t the most level for us (37 foot class A), but with some blocks it’s fine. We’re grateful to be in the trees, because it’s so hot out in the direct sun. The power and water are definitely a bit wonky at this campground. We decided to fill our tank and just run off the water pump. Our Verizon signal has been great so far. We just streamed the USA women’s Olympic soccer game with no problem. I would definitely come back here. This is far better than the other Encore park (Yukon Trails) that’s nearby.

Those Wisconsin accents make me miss home

We had a lot of wind when we were out that way this March for the FMCA rally in Tucson. That looks like a nice park we have stayed at Little Vineyard RV Resort in the area. I don't like the wind when it slows you down when you go under a overpass.

I think the doggy area is on gas side near RV pumps been at that all the time when visiting family. You drove through San Simon Az where I graduated high school

Getting fuel at the gas pumps is no fun either. We have been caught in high winds several times. The last time was the day before yesterday, where it literally blew our rig around on the interstate. It's not fun. Nice park and hike. Safe travels. Lynn and Danny

Funny.. we stayed at Dream Catchers earlier this year and it was crazy windy then too.

Thanks... TT Palm Springs would not be my first choice to practice driving. Although it is a great location for Joshua Tree and Palm Springs itself. We also provision before and after CA 😂. Too bad it looks like you missed the cool oasis at Agua Caliente Tahquitz Canyon and the one just north of TT in the Coachella Valley Preserve, Thousand Palms Oasis Preserve.

Yes Joel is yoir prince that was very nice job saving your feet from that little prick! 😊 Thousand trails has some great spots that must be a top one cause of location i really hate places in which your right on top of each other i have realized how mucky we have been with many of our rv parks. Joahua tree is on our bucket liat as well thanks for sharing. The gas prices are crazy out in the west ...ugh!! 😊 see u soon!
