SOL644 Inferno No Hit - Rubicon's Inferno
Inferno's version of the SOL644, replacements include : the arm lasers being replaced into high ACS Anomaly inducing flame throwers, missiles having high explosion radius, some other things that are hard to describe and too long so just keeping this short.
Problems with this? Birb made the flamethrower projectile speed faster so Ayre can reliably hit you, this is OK and understandable, but what I don't like - is that the projectile model is now slower than the actual projectile speed, causing desyncs and making you get hit by invisible flamethrower projectiles, this tossed quite a few runs as it's very hard to get used to something you believe you're out speeding but in reality, you aren't. This is the only problem though.
The fight and review? It's fun, but because SOL644 is so predictable, the way you fight it from normal and inferno isn't any different - IMO, while the fight is "good", it's not the best in the mod. At the moment, that still goes to Advanced Cavalry for me, with the Coral Enforcer following behind just short of it.

Armored Core 6 - Regulation 1.01 Loader4 Balteus No Hit No OS Extended Version
Переглядів 70Місяць тому
An extended version of Balteus hitless on Regulation 1.01, where I don't manipulate the AI into doing backswings on phase 2 and purposefully extend the fight. Balteus is it's full version here and Loader4 is in it's unbuffed version.

This is an extended version of Balteus hitless, where I don't AI manipulate it into getting stuck doing backswings and I drag the fight out on phase 2, this was requested by a user on reddit. The audio and everything here is really bad, it even cuts off at the end, hoping to fix the audio issues soon.
Snailteus Moonlight No Hit - Rubicon's Inferno

I first need to say that I absolutely hate Snailteus and it isn't even because of Rubicon's Inferno. Base Snailteus is absolutely atrocious to do because of his nigh impossible to react levels of input reading, his buggy collision models and the fact he can fire weapons while staggered. So I wanted to just cheese this one, but I didn't want to just 1 hit it from 100 to 0, so the fair thing to d...
Armored Core 6 - Regulation 1.01 Loader4 Balteus No Hit No OS

This took about an hour to do - I was not used to how slow Loader 4, neither how bad the Turner really is on the base game patch, 306 speed and the reload doesn't match Pulse blade swings, wtf? But it was still pretty easy, as Balteus can be manipulated in 1.01 the same way you manipulate it in 1.06, this is because the AI behavior has not changed what-so-ever from base game to latest patch. Th...

While initially, this seemed mathematically impossible, the key thing about it wasn't if it was possible math wise, but if it was possible to get the wheels staggered without taking too much damage. After once again abusing the map border, it turns out, it's very possible to do this with just punch and kicks - all you really need to do is have the wheels park themselves at the map border sidewa...
Most Unhinged Armored Core Video - Ice Worm Shields Kick only Supercut ( FIRST EVER SNOOZE FEST )
Переглядів 1072 місяці тому
This is a super cut of landing kicks on the Ice Worm's head for all 3 shields - the original vod is 4 hours long and consists of 90% evading attacks, 9% movement and 1% of attacking the head. While I did not kill the Worm here due to positioning error and quite possibly FPS stuttering getting in the way - I'm positive if I ever get to this point again, I can get both the kill and all shields do...
Everyone said this was impossible to do, so I tried it myself.

Well, where to begin? It's the Ice Worm fight, but you have to deal with 9 weevils and 6 Helianthus wheels(at minimum, more can spawn depending on how you manage the worm and it's AI). The 9 weevils consists of 3 missile weevils, which can fire missiles that travel the entire map, once they lock onto you from across the map, you're going to have to deal with them, so these are priority targets....
Advanced Cavalry No hit - Rubicon's Inferno

An upgrade to the Heavy Cavalry, the Advanced Cavalry(AC). I tried my best to fight this at the Spaceport mission, but felt it wasn't fair considering the ally can easily chunk and solo the AC on their own, thus eliminating the full fight. The 1v1 in the Analysis arena shows the full fight and you're very limited on space, making it a very tough to navigate fight. While the AC has no difference...
IBIS CEL240 APOLLYON No Hit - Rubicon's Inferno

Rubicon's Inferno's upgraded version of CEL240, where the floor is lava more often than not. This version of CEL240's laser blades causes shockwaves whenever it touches the ground, each blade is separate shockwaves, so it's not just 1 wave per blade attack, it's a wave per blade. The general idea is that due to this, you're not just able to skate on the ground anymore and just counter CEL throu...
Coral Enforcer No Hit - Rubicon's Inferno

This took awhile to figure out, mainly due to how I'd want to approach this fight, anything mid weight or above just can't do the fight for obvious reasons, so another lightweight was needed. To summarize the fight, staying near is 100% a way to just throw a no-hit attempt on the Coral Enforcer, the missiles can 180 on you as they are coral missiles, the backwards and forwards dash generate exp...
Balteus High Explosive No Hit - Rubicon's Inferno

This took over 300 attempts, with majority of them ending near the beginning, the mess was trying to figure out how to get past the two LCs which are immediately active right off the get-go as well as kill them fast enough before Balteus can hit you. Admittedly, this run was really lucky in that Balteus didn't just use missiles at the beginning. The only build I could reliably use to get below ...

That first stun needle shot was outrageous.
This is sort of what I felt regarding Ibis. I knew that the nerfs weren't that serious but I just missed the same thrill of back when I faced Balteus for the first time. It was one of my most memorable experiences in the game and I just kinda miss it. Other bosses can still prove a challenge to me sometimes like CEL, Snailteus or ALLMIND. But now when I face Balteus, even with a mediocre or even downright bad build, he doesn't feel all that threatening. And as for the new player experience, I just kinda prefer having Balteus as this sort of test for players. End of the first chapter, we finally meet Ayre. When I first beat Balteus I legit felt the same feel I would get at the title card of old Assassin's Creed games. The story has only just begun. And we are in for something amazing. So yeah... I kinda hope they buff Balteus if anything. Make him stronger than he was before the nerf XD
I think ZeroLenny did it at launch, he was doing punch only but got stuck on the worm, he had to kick it with his fat
im curious have you played the older ac's
He is back 😮
The pulse protection at 0:31 was an absolute mistake, I tried to input Reload and Assault boost > kick, but for whatever reason, I never reloaded and instead just PP'd.
PELVIS THRUST
STAGGERMAN! Snail Balteus was really epic.
Impressive feat. This is among the tougher missions that does not involve boss fight.
you didn't mention the double vesper fight, I was trying to do this mission but dang, vespers got hands
i think youve certified yourself as john rubicon lol
HOPE YOU’RE WATCHIN’ BOSS
Legend
I honestly found this to be an improvement over the base game for the reasons you listed, glad to see I'm not the only one who thought that! Additional: I really love the plasma net and pulse missile attacks, I always found them oddly satisfying to dodge!
Dayum. He got diarrhea.
Bro was eating those backshots damn.
G13 pink-slipped G4 Volta's position and impounded his AC, and demonstrated just how much better he is at using his own AC than G4 ever was.
Boy am I glad I prefer light weight ACs...
when you need 5 minutes to get the context XD first i thought it was manual aim only then i thought it was all npc survive then it's about no damage with tanks to finally realize that you haven't shot your other weapons beside the needle, which also makes me wonder why you equipped-ah, weight, right
not CHONKY enough apparently 1 stun needle and full LRBs and LCD? or LCB should be heavy enough since IIRC THATS THE MAX weight issue here is that the AB might BE SLOW enough to be an issue yes since boost charge is also depending on weight of your build having the Noblesse Oblige laser cannons with 2 LRBs with the stun needle launcher should be heavy enough to maximize charge damage
It's not chonky enough, but the build here is with a new save file. The purpose of doing it on a new save file was to show that it is doable for people who are insane enough to actually attempt "Kick/Punch only" runs and include the worm in those runs
Wonderful! If I might ask, how are things going on the modded versions of Arquebus Balteus and Ayre from Inferno?
CLEAN!
Game at launch (so 1.01 and not 1.00) was clearly harder if you refused to use Zimms, Songbirds and/or Stun needle launcher. Surely gatling is still useful in pve but was overall harder because so much pieces were underwhelming.
Holy shit nice! also how'd you manage to get regulation 1.01 balteus?
Hi, to play back on regulation 1.01, you'd need to first be on PC as console doesn't allow modding. Next, you can find the Regulation Archive on NexusMods. Download that and get regulation 1.01. You will then need to back up and move or delete your save file, as the game will boot with your current save file and the regulation will cache back to the latest version that the save file was last used on - so a 1.06 save will cache regulation back to 1.06. Start the game without a save file and you should see regulation 1.01 at the bottom right, this of course means you need to start from zero, also be very aware you need to do the EAC bypass to prevent any sort of NEST ban. Edit : also lastly, you need to back up your 1.01 save - anytime you go back to 1.06.1, the save file will update and it is no longer usable on 1.01, so always back up your saves, all the time.
Holy shit, that’s some amazing flying! I didn’t know there was a way to sustain flight like that in such a heavy ac
This is quite literally insane my guy 😭
I've killed Walter in one stagger with only one hit of Two, triple shoulder lasers fully charged.
Dude basically was humping the ice worm so hard.
Sick ice worm dude. Love some new ac6 pve content
Nice, dude! I love to that too. If they can add more moves on bare hands, it would be perfect!
WTF!? I thought you were referring to using tank legs on the mission. I didn't know it was kicking the Ice Worm to death.
great fight! that was super impressive
My god
Looking at the footage now, OBS took an absolute dump at 3:13 when using pulse armor, this is most likely due to the map and all the on-screen projectiles.
Yeah this is not going to be possible on heavyweights
regularly beating it with a heavyweight might be doable with Santai/NGI and gridwalkers maybe, just avoid the floor and keep away
Just got to this spot in the mod. I had a mid-heavyweight and a mid-lightweight and both can't dodge the attacks. Got the Enforcer to about 1/4 and then died but I'm just taking so much damage and been stubbornly refusing to use an ultra-lightweight etc.
A friend of mine beat it with a medium-weight, but it took awhile, it's possible but I think you'd need to stay away from the Enforcer as much as possible due to the sheer DPS when it gets near you.
@@CattuDoggu-gn2zi I beat it the rest of that first play-through since I made the comment, but I did have to move to a faster/lighter mech and basically never go closer than 150-200m. Must've taken ages to get a no hit, well done. I'd like to see a sequel in the next couple years push the combat because without this mod, the base game is too easy. I was disappointed in the vanilla game Allmind ending because after doing 3 play-throughs, I wanted to fight 6 full strength vespers + AM in the first phase but they're just fodder versions. It's odd given how Shadow of the Erdtree just gave us the Miquella's followers gank where they are all buffed up and it's a 3v1 (if you don't summon) yet this was just a spectacle moment.
Enforcer even in the vanilla form had always been a bit of a mid-heavyweight bane, especially punishing for those build struggling with aerial energy management
Impressive
Are you okay man???(great video btw GIGACAUGHT)
I'm definitely ok, no worries, only took 4 hours.
My man who hurt you (good video btw)
Great demonstration! Since I notice you have weapons, does more weight increase kick damage?
Kick dmg is calculated by the total weight so they will add kick damage
More weight increases kick damage, but it's not by a huge amount - it only works here because the damage the worm takes is specifically amplified by a ton so ANY damage you gain from weight is better than none.
Huge
Literally a Gundam now
Just out of curiosity does balteus change at all in this mod? Ir does it just add the LC's to the fight.
Hello, it does change Balteus by giving it extra stats and different projectiles for its attacks alongside the LCs.
If it's stupid but it works, then it's dangerously fun! Nice job!
WHAT THE FUCK DID I JUST WATCH?.......... Man, this is amazing.. A job well done. Keep it coming man........
Brain braining is overrated.
Hah! That was impressive, my man. Good show.
now do it without the stun needle
RAMMING SPEED!
This is weirdly cool af.
Bro really fucked the ice worm
