I'm a documentary filmmaker from Maine and am 6 years into making a feature documentary titled Saving Walden's World. Here is the longline:

The Ecology Learning Center Drama club presents world premiere of If a Tree Falls, an original musical by Etta Hughes and Carolyn Phelps-Scholz. Affectionately described as “Romeo and Juliet but with lumberjacks and woods nymphs,” by the writers, this folk musical follows environmental and anti-war themes- turning what could have been another classic love story into a poignant and tragic parable.

Hi, Jim. The talk you gave on Kerala has stayed with me all these years. Good to see you're continuing to share your story. I'm happy to report, I just purchased 8 acres of land near where I live now - Green River Lake, Campbellsville, KY. I'm also taking a permaculture design certification course through Verge Permaculture. I'll be looking to apply what I'm learning to my new property and hopefully to others' as well.
