do heavy loads regardless. You dont grow overnight and if you dont like how big you are then just stop lifting (or lift a fraction of what you use to in volume in order to maintain the muscle) and do cardio to stay healthy. This way you get your results faster, spend less time in the gym, and still get the cathartic effect of lifting heavy.

it's probably gonna take you 2 or more years to have actual "big muscles" so it doesn't really matter in the end. just work out and don't worry about getting "too big" because that's never gonna happen if you don't want it to.

Doesn't matter. Just because you take steroids doesn't mean you're going to get huge by sitting around. You still have to put in the work. Drugs just accelerate the process.

him taking steroids doesn’t change the fact that what sam said was 100% truth working out is great for health obviously and what sam is saying pretty much is working out doesn’t have to be your life (like him) but it is important you stay active and keep your body co stanton working and growing. to sam, it is his thing. that’s why he takes steroids, but for many people it’s just gonna be on of the things you do. it’s like reading. you may not always be reading and it be your thing that you do nonstop, but reading is undeniably good for you to do
