Geoff, like Tim Foust from Home Free, has a 5-octave range. He uses it well. Since you liked this one, I think you'd really enjoy his cover of "Imagine."

Everything is done by Geoff and his wife Kathy (production manager and zero the dog). Except - intricate makeup by Rick Underwood, camera by Matt (don't know his last name), studio by Pattycake Productions, audio mixing by Ed Boyer. Rick was the makeup artist at Disney World for 30 years before he decided to go out on his own. He is phenomenal. Anytime you see intricate makeup on Geoff or Voiceplay Rick and his assistant Rennet Ferrin did it. Voiceplay is releasing their new video "Be Prepared" featuring Mykal Kilgore on Friday. It is absolutely fantastic. Geoff does Scar so well. Mykal is one of their founding members from the mid 90s to 2002 when he left for Broadway. Geoff posted a teaser (short) yesterday that the dwarves are back (Thorin, Bofur, Filli and Killi) (Far Over The Misty Mountain Cold, I See Fire). All he said was "Soon". We at Patreon haven't even seen it yet. Patiently impatiently waiting 😊

Not sure if it's your style - but In The Hall of The Mountain King and the sequel Classical Chaos are great story songs with no words - so you gotta pay attention.

Both Ashley and Cesar started life in Puerto Rico before they moved to Florida. They've been friends for years. Previously all the videos were headed by Layne of Geoff. But now Eli is taking his share of heading the production. It’s his concept. He had Rob Deitz do the arranging, but Eli directed. He also filmed the ‘story’ on a hand held camera. He had Cesar do the costuming. I feel like this was a wonderful, heartfelt concept. By the way, although this song was made famous by Bonnie Tylor, there was also a very popular rendition in Spanish as a duet. Of course, the words aren’t a direct translation, but they still hold the same feelings. And since Cesar and Ashley are bilingual, it’s perfect for them. Welcome back. I think bringing in a friend to cover more Voiceplay would be great!

The Spanish lyrics they used here came from a translated version that's popular in Puerto Rico. Apart from We're Good, which was Cesar's debut with the group as a guest artist before he officially joined, they've also done a couple of shorts that incorporated some Spanish: Feliz Navidad, in which they were joined by his brother Cesar Augusto, and a very beautiful cover of Remember Me from the movie Coco, featuring J.None. Checking out your channel, I see you haven't posted reactions to some of their most unforgettable covers: Nothing Else Matters, Valhalla Calling, Hoist the Colours, We Don't Talk About Bruno (another Ashley tune,) Seven Nation Army and Creep...if there's any of those you haven't seen, I highly recommend them all!

Ashley is a good friend of Cesar's both coming from Puerto Rico. She has appeared with VP a number of times.. The song was made originally back in the 80s by Bonnie Tyler. Eli, rhymes with jelly, short for Eliezer. They did have a high tenor, Earl, who left for personal reasons in 2020. Voiceplay is always telling a story, even if they don't show it on screen. They did The Way You Make Me Feel just before this one. I didn't know how they could surpass it, but they did. Every thing they do is fantastic. Ashley has done several pieces with them. Sticking this in a new comment simply because it become way longer than I expected it to: Finished the whole video today, it really was a good backdrop to work to. 
Good to know Country Roads was there since the beginning and it took Fluffy about 3 hours to realise it was there 😂 Also, I think it’s not actually supposed to be Sailor Moon’s theme but Howl’s Moving Castle’s Theme (which I was unable to recall on stream, instead asking if it was Studio Ghibli lol). I did see that some people online have compared the two, so I suppose they would show up together Just a thing about this VOD, the overall volume was pretty low. I had my UA-cam on max, and my computer audio on 80％ just to get decent volume on Fluffy’s voice on my headphones. At one time, I accidentally skipped to the nest video and an ad blasted my ears. I suppose a case could be made to having this VOD softer as it is mainly meant for sleeping to, but I’d just say, reduce your own volume. Easier to reduce than increase in my opinion ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Although, at night, when everything was quieter, I was at 60% so that was doable Also, just connected the dots: Minnie and Mimi are actual twins? Also also, 2011 is a prime number. Overall, it was the most productive I’ve been. Since it was a VOD, there was no need to ‘open chat’ to talk to Fluffy, I could truly leave the stream in a tab and work. Plus, because Fluffy didn’t talk much, there was no feeling of FOMO simply because much didn’t happen. In addition, it was great to have in the background when I was working really late because it felt like there were people I knew awake with me even though my entire neighbourhood was in bed. The end of video caught me off guard, I was subjected to Technoblade immediately after. People, please turn off your autoplay if you’re going to sleep to it 😂 Welp, I suppose it’s time for this Maj to head to bed :) Looking forward to more VODs like this. If you don't upload another, I will be forced to listen to this one again. And that’s totally a bad thing. Retention rate 📈📈
