I know a lot of other big Christian youtubers and internet preachers may mean well, but they tend to be confusing and wordy. 9:32 to 10:33 is worth repeating many times until it sinks in.

Most Christians Don't really care about non Christians like myself, they will walk away from me once they see their church friends. Evangelism is just seen as a duty by some Christians just like how they welcome you at church which is also just a duty to them.

I'll admit I'm biased since I was raised Baptist, but I really like Baptist theology. The utmost importance is placed on what the Bible says, and no person or any other text is believed to have as much authority. There have been numerous times I've witnessed in my own church where someone said something that wasn't biblically accurate and it was called out. We don't believe any one person has the correct interpretation of the bible, and also believe we may be wrong about things. There are a few things that I am unsure of whether are 100% based in biblical writings, such as membership to the church being only professors of christ, and perhaps the internal governing system. (though I believe it is modeled very closely to how the Bible depicts god's church) We're also just generally pretty chill about stuff, it's nice to be able to show up to church in jeans and not feel out of place lol. Regardless, I'm not trying to push you towards baptism, just sharing my own experience being a baptist. I believe that denomination is never what determines your salvation, that is between you and god only.

TBH, I think a lot of it is due to the unacceptance Christians have shown the LGBTQ community. Which the lines in the bible that encourage that unacceptance are actually the only part of the Bible that is making me possibly question my faith. But considering they may be mistranslated or misunderstood I haven't lost it yet. But I have yet to hear an argument for them being sins that does not boil down to "because God said so" which makes me think something is incorrect about it being a sin because all other sins have more complex reasons behind them being sins that can be deduced from viewing reality. Being Gay does not cause harm like the others, so it's a huge anomaly. Which is why I can't believe being Gay is a sin. Our all-powerful God is too astronomically intelligent to make a reasonless sin; I have too much faith in that to accept "because God said so" or "Because that's how it's intended to be" as answers from an incomprehensible entity who created the universe and knows all possibility. There would be a reason "because God said so" or "Because that's how it's intended to be", and so far, I cannot find one that can be demonstrated in physical reality.

Hi, im new to ur channel but i wanted to tell you two things, first is that i hope someone has told you that you're beautyful, and second, you are non denomination right? doesnt that mean you're baptist? like i'm baptist but i don't go to church because i want a more personal individual relationship with God i thought i was non denominational but i found out that baptist and non demominational are technically the same. so i was just thinking that you should reaserch baptists more

The chosen Bible Version can really matter, as reading some Bibles has bolstered my faith and relationship with God, while others made me question if he was real.

TBH, stuff like this makes me question if God is real. I can't believe an all-good entity would be that harsh. If a fallen person like me is more forgiving than God, that's an aberration. So, it simply isn't true. But I will have faith in Jesus anyway.

Unfortunately I think a lot of people have missed the point of this video. The centerpoint argument in pro-life vs. pro choice is about whether the baby is its own being or is part of the mother. as christian blue pointed out, the baby, unborn or not, is scientifically its own separate being. in order to be pro-choice and be logically consistent, you must either deny that the baby is its own separate being, or disagree that humans have a natural right to life. if you agree with both, then abortion (for the vast, vast majority of cases) is morally unjustifiable.

Such a good video!!! Every church has some sort of unbiblical (sometimes heretical belief) like how the Easter Orthodox has a wide belief of Toll Houses and Temporal Hell in its dogma, or how many Baptists believe you cant drink wine and the wine in the bible was grape juice. As long as you read the bible and do the very most to understand and follow it, you shouldn't be afraid.

Here's a better question: How can anyone ever be sure that any given religion is, in fact, true? In other words, how can any specific religion ever actually be proven to be true?

As i know, every religions have Heaven hand Hell and have their own script to make the way to heaven and avoid hell .Some require believing(Christian,Islam,Hindu) and some are not(Buddhist).Christian People might think that they try to rescue people form hell.But at the end of the day,how can you be so sure that Christian way is real and right way.When There is chance that other religion might be the correct one

So here's the most important question at hand here, which is not addressed in this particular video: Why are you so convinced that what has been written in a book, is indeed the word of God, in the first place? Why would God hide away a message that is meant for literally everyone, into a book which can easily be ignored by people by simply choosing to neither read it, nor to even believe it?

The desire of attraction is within all souls, however, the soul (a point of light) is genderless, either male or female. The soul simply plays it part according to the body's gender. The first mistake humans made was to identify themselves as male and female, a body, rather than the soul occupying the body. Sometimes a soul will have stronger feelings for the same body type, which is absolutely normal. Souls have been taking birth to male and female bodies since time immemorial. And in some births we are drawn to a certain body preference due to past life experiences.

That being said there's a few points that were missed here, and for those listening to this young lady I believe she's trying, but there's a very fundamental point she missed entirely.... Yes. Jesus died on the cross for EVERYONE. That's right... EVERYONE. But here's the point missed.... REPENTENCE. Repentance means to "turn away from" sin. When this young lady mentioned 'such as some of you were' the point Paul was making was that the people he mentioned realized their sin, confessed their sins to God, and they repented of those sins, meaning they don't willingly and knowingly sin anymore. Now we all have a propensity to sin. We're BORN IN SIN. There's nothing we can do about that. As sin brings death to everyone Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father but by him. That means no matter what there's no way to get to Heaven by our own means. Jesus is that bridge between us and The Father. Remember the adulterous woman Jesus saved from the Pharisees? What did he say to her? "Go and sin no more." That's repentance. If you don't repent.... then you're not living for Jesus or The Father. Let's back up here.... there was a question asked as to why same sex attraction? That's the sinful nature of mankind. We all have sins we're dealing with, and yes we are tempted by the flesh every single day. This is talked about repeatedly in scripture. Even Jesus was tempted by the Devil. So here's the question..... did Jesus act upon those temptations from the Devil, or did he combat temptation with The Word of God? You already know the answer. "The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak." Jesus said that. For example look at Judas Iscariot who betrayed Christ. Yes he threw back the silver to the Pharisees, but in the end he killed himself without repentance. By contrast Peter denied Jesus three times, however he repented and became a great Apostle. So.... we recognize our sin. We recognize our need for Jesus. We repent, and move forward. Mind you there is an astronomical difference between sinning and repentance from that sin, and just giving in to the temptation of the flesh and the Devil and LIVING IN SIN. Living in sin is not repentance, rather it's CHOOSING your flesh over God.

A lot of people hate Christians, i know that personally. The way to deal with hatred is to have a perspective of Jesus and be connected to Him. But those who hate Jesus are doing themselves a disservice, because He provides salvation from the righteous wrath of Gods justice. An eternal penalty needs an eternal sacrifice. God.

Yep, but we can't talk about it because they're a protected group. They don't think they are, but they are. Any group with the power to remove anything that criticizes (or even disagrees with) them is tyrannical. Also, sounds like we're living in communist China, where you're not allowed to criticize nor voice things that disagree with the Chinese government 'cause if you do, you get punished. well there goes your humility by saying pro choice are sick and disgusting people. if you are goin to talk about an investigation you should clarify that it was very doubtful otherwise what you are doing is a deceit a deception, there is a lot of controversy about this, there was an investigation in wich 62 469 biologist where invited to answer that, out of those biologist only 8.1% of them actually answer and that gives the famous 96%, but without enought evidence as to why, and without enought answers it wasnt aproved as truth, not even close to being aproved. but then again to the subject of forcing someone to have a baby. why dont you people have a baby while not being ready because of the condom breaking by accident or because you didnt have the money to get one or just the goverment didnt spread enought at your location or you got rapped or drunk because life suck, or you just made a mistake to see what is like ? then the fun begins, you raise a baby: *without a job and/or studies, without having your own house *with a boyfriend/girlfriend that don´t want to be a dad/mom, that is also not ready in any way and probably leave you alone with the child or you will just break up because you dont love each other, in fact you hate each other for being irresponsible, with a family and /or friends that cant help you. *you and your child will suffer until you are old, your family if they weren´t ready will suffer too *your child will born weak and dumb or just not as smart as the child could had been because you didnt have the means to feed him/she properly *you will not have the strenght to do anything for he/she because you also are not feed properly, *your son/daughter will hate you for you not being a responsable human being that have a child after getting a job and studies, etc and your child will be right, and that increases the chances of they making mistake because his dad and mom were not an example to follow *your child will not be able to study what he/she wants until way to late so they will never fullfill his/her full potencial by then and will forever be sad for it, again also in the physical side they will never be as smart strong and tall as they could have been because of not being well feed, things that are necesary to fullfill most goals in life. *you will fail as a father/mother for not receive the proper education or time to study to be one *you will not have much to pass to your child because you spend you time cleaning dishes or cleaning really dirty toilets 24/7 so you dont have time to get much knowledge like programming, electrician, plumbing, anything that is useful to pass on. *you will not spend much time with them because of your work. *if something happen and your child or a familiar or a friend need medical atencion, well they will keep suffering or just die because you dont have the means to pay for medicine and they have spend they money for your irresponsability to help you throught all this years, you will be a burden for your family and friends when you actually should be helping them. *you will also be a burden for the government (or the military depending on the country you are ) that has to give money to save you and your child if you receive help from them trought taxes from people that has nothing to do with your decision. *both you and your child will wish to die almost every day for many many years when you go throught awful job with poor payment who exploit you by making you work all day and treat you like garbage, that is if you find a job, otherwise you will live in the streets. *also your child being most likely angry at everything and he/she will be right to be, *he she will have more chance to hurt others and himself/herself for it. *you cant pay for security and will have to take more risks like taking a public bus or train because you have to get travel to and from your lame job that you hate so if someone or some group try to steal, kill and or rape you or your child you are done. *chances are the cycle will repeat again with your child. another alternative is to give the baby for adoption: again imposing your mistake to society pretending we didnt do anything and everything is alright, spinning the roulette on your child future, anyways, is another person problem now right ? if your child survive thats ok if he/she dont, then that was god choice. another alternative is you abbort: *you finish your studies, *you get a good job, a house, save money for backups, *actually take your time to found a proper husband or wife *study how to be a good parent/mother, ( you may fail anyways but chances are you are goin to be much better that if you didnt prepare, the import thing is you did your best, the rest was always out of your control ) *you help you familly and friends if they are worth, maybe saving them from a medical problem or a debt or wathever. *because you take your time you can study useful things to pass to your son, any useful profesion *you can spend more time with your child, a real quality time. *have a child properly, well feed, if something happen you can paid the doctors or whatever. *he/she will receive a proper education, will be able to study what he/she wants *you will be able to pay for your child security, and if possibly have a car so they dont walk trought the unprotected streets, youll have cameras in your car and house, alarm button, fences, anything and could potencially save you or your family lifes *your child will be as happy as you can possibly make it to *you will also live a far happier life wich will result in you being a bether father/mother. *your child will find and example in you and you husband/wife and by seeing you are happy the changes increases of he/she being happy when thinking about the future that awaits. *your child will have the means to set the fundation to a proper civilization an abortion may cost a life, but without the proper fundation having that child will cost a lifetime of suffering for the parents, the children and society itself will suffer consequenses too because this increase the chance of raising or becoming a criminal that will kill others wich is what is actually hapening, it doesnt matter how much you talk about god it will not fix the issue that you make society a mess, more than it already is. in my opinion the problem with this is the not existing floating man in the sky influencing on important things like laws and decision like this, if it wasnt for religion we would already be so much more advanced by now.

hello so again thanks for beign humble like always, that is an inspiration. so i read the bible once again and found as i always do that it doesnt make sense, in fact i see more wrong in it the more i grow up: 1) the classic "god allows way too much pain to be good", pain that living beings who suffered it didn´t have a chance to avoid and who didnt do anything to deserve it, i mean what jesus suffer was nothing compared to what many other humans has and still suffer at this very moment, not even close, to this question the religious people justified it saying another classic answers: *"this pain is nothing compared to the eternal life they are goin to receive", i mean come on you can´t justified it like this, at some point it becomes evil, I would rather prefer instead of trying to justified it, that religious people would just admit it has no sense and just go with the "i will have faith that there is a reason for it", or maybe the religious people dont see or can´t imagine for real how bad people actually suffer, they may think they saw the bottom of it, but it always goes deeper. *there is also the masochistic justification that "throught pain we learn or become more worthy" they say as they hit themself enjoying it, while people are just out there murdering kids like its nothing 2) Another reason would be threats like "love me or burn forever" i have no doubt he will make us burn, he is the biggest killer in all history by far, why will a reasonable person will buy that this god is good, someone following that does not feel love he/she feel fear and. 3) isnt it just to convenient for the kings wanting to dominate people throught religion (like it was common practice to do even to this day), to give them this idea of "leave me have it all now and make a slave out of you because you will have your things when you die" ? 4) Another reason is the incoherence shown in the bible: *guide on slavery (Exodus 21:2-11, Leviticus 25:44-46), * death penalty on blasfemy (Leviticus 20:10, Leviticus 24:16) *death penalty for homosexuality (Levítico 20:13) *execution of a rebellious son. (Deuteronomy 21:18-21) *submision on woman over man like if they were objects (Exodus 21:7-11) *job story is the worst story ever *punishing adam and eve for take a decision that they didnt take because they didnt have logic before eating the fruit, they were basically animals, of course they were gonna eat it *then the guide on rapists, "if someone rape you they must marry you"... i mean what are you talking about, how are people kneeling and wasting all their life over such a douche bag. and the list goes on and on and on and on. now if you think "well there is no reason to avoid religion right ? what harm does it do ?" well it does harm actually: *if it were not for religion we would have been far more advanced by now, *people would take blood transfusion to survive *there is the vaccines subject, i mean the chance of vaccines beign bad on purpose by the goverment is a posibility but that would be another subject we would have to fix also appart from religion, *thousands or even millions wouldnt have been burn for being "witches" or sinful *the gay and trans wouldnt have to tolerate so much pain from just born biologically diferent *all the riches wasted on the church *jews that can rape woman like its nothing because that increase the chance of jesus birth and they cant abbort for the same reason. *the condem to the theory of evolution, sexual relations and education, the use of contraceptives, abortion. now to be fair it does give confort in hard situations but the cost paid for it is not worth. i will love someone giving me a good respectfull answer that make me change my mind, at least about some of the things.

hello, sorry for my bad english. first of all congratulation on being better than most christians i know when it comes to saying their opinions while respecting the others. also the videos have a lot of effort into it one can tell, so thats good. so anyways as far as i know it has been proved that what we call good and evil are actually just brain processes. a couple of examples when it comes to hurting or not hurting others wich are the examples of this video: * you dont hurt others because you know what pain is and have the mental capacity to related to another feeling that, without mysticism involved, you see someone getting punched in the face you can clearly imagine how much that hurts even if you never been there. * we dont hurt others so that we can all move forward otherwise we would die literally as a species. * if we hurt others we would be punished eventually and learn that there are consequences, like goin to jail, god crearly is not stopping people, sometimes it even insentivate them, but the stronger the law punishment and chances of getting caught commiting a crime does stop them. * sometimes they dont stop hurting others because they have some kind of brain damage, could be phisically or phycologically ( It is scientifically proven that certain parts of the brain are responsible for empathy, most killers have those parts damaged so they cant see the full picture. ) * people hurt others if their logic is: " there is no moving forward as a group, is a save yourself kind of world " * people hurt others if they are scared and wants to survive by hurting others if they have to by stealing for example, that could also be because they dont think they deserve less than other so they justified themself with that logic. * others stop hurting others when they realize that the brain is programmed to defend only yourself so it create what we call ego, once people realized it they sometimes stop being dominated by it because they see it has logical errors one of the errors beign that if you take care only of yourself and the others do the same we will kill each other. in this case you take hitler, well he has been a soldier when he was 25 years old so his head was already messed up, hitlers hate towards jews was based on a combination of ideological, racial, political and economic factors, as I mentioned above. Hitler viewed the Jews as a threat to Aryan racial purity and blamed them for many of Germany's social and economic problems. he also blames them for the defeat of germany in world war 1 and may has been moved also by the religious ideas about jews being the killer of jesus all of these ideas has been spread around europe before him so he was born in that enviroment with thoose influences so he hate them and kill them for those reasons as far as i know, of course is a crazy logic. the point is that to me and to what we can actually prove with science, is all just logic and/or brain related problems, not good and evil mysticism. and about the chances of god existing and beign the bible god all powerfull all mighty and that knows empathy and has intelligence, all of that out of nowhere and that he care about us... i would say is far less than: 1) the chances of the big bang or some other cientifical answer. 2) we just created this god out of logical fear of everything we dont undestand or dislike ( by now we still fear death and life without meaning, among so many other things ) needing something to protect us like we have been doing since we were cave man worshiping the sun. if god actually exist then is probably that he created that big bang and after that evolution came, maybe religion and scientists are both right or maybe he made that big bang and then just left.
