My dad rode that on an old twin shock trials bike. He liked it there. Mainly for the really big climbs. He was into the big stuff at one point.
@@treborheminway3814 that'd be more tiring on a trials bike than an adv bike! Props to dad!!!
Awesome
Bad ass!
@@RACEgale thank you!!!
I just bought a '24 T7 Extreme. License plate will arrive late but I am so excited. Mine comes with high fender from stock, but yours is shorter and better looking, where it comes from? I think for my needs the stock suspensions will be fine so the mods i am planning to do are mainly protections (handleguard, plastics and sumpguard) and high mount mivv exhaust. Wheels will be upgraded when i will be more skilled and they will be bent!
@@Luca-u1n that sounds like a sweet setup:) The fender is from a Yamaha super moto. The exact year and model I don't remember, it was listed on camel adv website, you can check out if high fender page and will recommend with fender. I had the Mivv exhaust, the oval with carbon tip, it was a mean sounding exhaust, awesome! But I destroy my mufflers, and now buy camels mufflers cuz they sound just as good but cheaper 😅 When you go to upgrade your wheels, checkout the KKE on eBay. I bought my entire set completely ready built and ready to go for $750 fully shipped here. They've been tough and resilient and has about 8000 miles on them already without a zero problems
your T7 looks like it's been run over by a semi. I'm coming from dirtbikes and saving to buy a 2025 T7, super excited!
@@nastysoda9212 run over by semi...ridden by me...same difference 🤣 Those new 25s have a makeover don't they? I thought I remember seeing a lot of changes they did
@@RTRrentalsthey added a bunch of useless electronics… 😂
Are you the same guy or related to the nutter who has the off-road 'busa? The resemblance is uncanny!
@@broncoridesagain3176 Offroad busa dude is so cool. I wish 🤣
@@RTRrentals he's a wild man! Loving these vids, the FMH vid was awesome.
@@broncoridesagain3176 that's Matt spears with the Goldwing vids too right?
You don't feel the weight if you are in shape. I've stripped over 20lbs off mine and it's quite easy to pick up. Can't believe you still have the cats on there. I went down two teeth in the rear with 520 chain with two extra links to maximize wheelbase for stability, 140 rear tire, full exhaust, flash.
@@braaaaaaaaaaap I've wanted to strip the weight, just haven't done it...oh and the bikes weight too 🤣 On 5miles of hell I had stock sprockets on, just put the plus one sprocket on afterwards, it's a massive difference, can't believe how much so Wanna do the 520 chain too!! Some day 🤣
If you pulled 2 teeth off the back of your bike I doubt you are riding the same type of terrain as Beau. And you oust be in amazing shape to not feel picking up a 400 pound bike 🤷
@@RTRrentals Easiest way to reduce the weight (and the cheapest) is to remove passenger footrest (see passenger footrest eliminator). BTW: to balance front / rear suspension travel you need to get about 40-45% front SAG which I find sub-optimal :/
@@deekox1 can't remove footpegs, that's how my wife and I get to coffee shops and wine bars on my days off :) 🤣 Actually I think some of the best ways is Single front rotor Smaller battery Skinny wheels Abs removal Full exhaust Canister delete -I've only done like a third of these But wanna do more
@@RTRrentals decat + lithium batterie + rear footpegs + short plate holder, you save approx 10-11 kg, crashbar are also heavy and not very useful. I found that the bike almost always fall on the bar and the pegs. Once the bike is down IT IS HEAVY, the guy is out of his mind…
There is a 3rd line on the Crux that wasn't mentioned.
I’m excited to watch this one 😁
@@EverySingleSunday now you can copy me and do what I do 🤣🤪
Quick question, seen as you ride this Kove a fair bit. When you drop your heels in sand does your boot rest on the exhaust and create a hinderance or are people posting nonesense?
@@DaleBecker kickstand and exhaust are both in the way if you ride with your heels in, you have to angle your heels out a little bit to avoid both of them. You only noticed it at first, then you do it naturally without even thinking about it
How's the bike health, the clutch and all the stuff?
@@bilal.farooq8607 not a single problem. Clutch never got hot once
Cody Webb rode his yz250x through here recently, hes getting a T7 soon, maybe we can watch him ride through here on it. Your brave taking that bike through there, very capable bike and rider. I would have been worried that windshield would have hit me in the face.
@@stretch34318 you know I was worried about that too. It never did though I've yet to hit my face on a T7 windshield
@@stretch34318 and yes, Cody Webb is a cool stud. Love that guy

Wow! Just Wow! Curious, what tires were on the T7?
@@ektalon1 nothing special. Just Left over half used tires I had laying around to burn up. Tusk d sport rear, tusk talon front
Impressive! As T7 and Beta 300 owner I can only incline myself and salute you for that. I think I could technically do it but I do not have your physical strength nor height to try that hard enduro on the T7. I agree the T7 motor is something else for technical riding, you can start on any gear it doesn't stall or bog. Incredible how you got up the bike up that wall being out of the bike while pushing and feathering the clutch
@@DoozyShipsha I think the biggest trick is just balancing it. As soon as the bike starts falling I can't catch it. And thank you:)
What gearing was he running? Gotta be geared down from stock, right?
no its stock gearing
@RTRrentals That's awesome. I think I'm getting a T7 and ditching the F850gs. I wanna ride more adventurous stuff.
@ t7 and never look back :)
Strong work amigo.
thank you
I love my T7 Extreme. I just wish I was slightly taller for the technical bits. I refuse to lower it though!
i like challenges, but im happy to not have that challenge lol
Great work Beau. I have ridden the trail and know what it's like.
thanks bro :)
F yeah bro, looks easy sitting here but dude !!! Awesome ride!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
twas easy sitting on my t7 seat too....just got hard when i fell off haha
Awesome that was definitely not easy. Great coverage guys.
thank you
I started on a KTM 390a (too small and it’s a street frame). Then I moved to a T7 (too top heavy, soft suspension, hard to pick up). Then I got a Tuareg 660 (a better T7 with cruise control, a little easier to pick up, but still heavy). I wanted something lighter, so I got a Husky 701 (100lbs lighter wet, tons of power, awesome suspension). I love my 701. It’s a blast on/off road and much easier to manage.
the 701 is defenitly easier to pickup than t7! and that motor puts a smile on everyones face :)
Boy does that T7 sound good!
thats the Camel ADV Rally with baffle removed :)
So beau really needs to work on one thing. Get yourself an ice cold beer after handling the crux like a beast.
@@bjwilliams6115 I'll get on top of that

@@dangareau them east coasters are weird peoople ;P
So many good things in this video. As a T7 rider myself, its amazing to watch what these bikes are capable of. I have grown up in motocross, but these are a little different animal. He really made the ride look easy. His throttle and brake control were spot on, however, curios if the bike needs a clutch...haha. Also, the fact that you didn't get one flat tire out there was remarkable. Talented rider combined with an awesome machine. Not to mention, the camera always makes things look less steep and intense then it really is. Great video and congrats.
@@2009reezen ha ha heck yeah thank you man. I'm running nitro mooses in this bike. So no flats. And no, clutch is completely fine. Never got hot or smoked at once. The clutch is very very good in this machine. It is a big bike, but it is a very capable off-road machine
¿How did you set your tires?
@@KDXXREXCXR nitro mousses. And I used whatever spare half life tires I had laying around. No good tires needed in 5 miles of hell, get great traction on sand stone with any tire
Socks officially knocked off. The level of skill and sheer physical endurance is far beyond me. Thanks for this shared with my hardcore buddies.

This is what we come to UA-cam to see. Not some ‘influencer’ spending on hour on a bike he doesn’t own claiming it to be a bike ‘review’. That’s nothing more than those stupid ‘unboxing’ videos. A Tenere owner friend of mine bought a Kove. I didn’t know anything about them except it was a Chinese bike that came in a box shipped to his door. I wasn’t expecting much. Then I rode it. I was grinning ear to ear. It is such a fun bike, that wants you to grip it and rip it.
Clutch and throttle control is truly amazing. Wow.... 🙌

Good to hear the Kove getting praise. The 800x Rally is definitely on my shortlist for the next bike, just waiting for more info on it. Pretty scarce atm. A large part of that decision is the significant weight savings over other advs.
@@Forest_Rebel I rode the 800 X rally in Moab during our pol tarres vacation. And I am telling you it is absolutely significantly lighter.
