Here is a link to the adapter I used. Just know compatibility isn't always 100% with these. Also, I'm not affiliated with this seller in any way. It was just cheaper on eBay than it was on Amazon lol. www.ebay.com/itm/384714370823 The music I used is from the game Heartbound. comfy cute little channel. subbed :3
Honestly it's really cool to see all of the channels inspired by DankPods as of late. Yours and Bringus Studios come to mind
i have similar arm structure and will be injecting silicone and other implants to hopefully fix mine i will pray for you brother
this might be my new favorite channel
Try goo gone or Awesome spray.
Swanked tf out for at least the next year
Not gonna lie. That 15 in 1 pack might have been a killer Christmas gift back then
Psp… more like… uh… best handheld gaming device?
One length on the headphones is longer then the other because it was designed to go around the back of your neck. How young are you?
XD not very. Was just a headphone guy.
Awesome song choice for the sound test
Back in the yee yee ass days (sorry for writing that) you'd wrap the headphones around the back of your neck, so one side would be longer for the reach around (sorry again)
That is indeed a late 2000s java webpage
Our Pantherlord and saviour 🙏
That website is beautiful. Pd: Great video 👍
Please buy a PSP go
I've got one. Just not sure what kind of video to make with it.
Guessing it's from 2007 to 2010 because of the black background on the PSP image, which was bundled only with the slim (2000 and 3000) and the 2000 slim released in 2007. (edit: found my long lost 1003 that was lost since 2022, updated it from 5.50 gen-d3 to 6.61 ark-4 cipl and it plays games pretty well, and it has an ancient photofast dual adapter.)
I miss my PSP (it's working fine but rhe screen is super dim so I have to emulate)
Does anyone know where to get ahold of a psp 1000 black faceplate? The ones on AliExpress and eBay suck.
1:17 is that the jerryrigeverything knife?
No, it's some old Milwaukee knife. I do have a Jerryrigeverything knife but I like how this one can flick in and out... Probably not the safest thing lol.
That website was a sight to behold
I love playstation dank pods 🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣💯💯💯💯💯💯
No band aid this time , that's Nice
one of the earbud cords is longer so that you can listen with a friend :)
No. It was desinged to go around the back of your neck, so you didnt have the annoying V hanging in front of you. Zoomers smh.
1:27 my partner thinks it's really annoying that I switch between calling these lanyards and wrist straps, it's pretty funny
The logo looks like a.... you know what.
god that psp music player brings soooo many memories i remember when i first got my PSP and was blown away and downloaded so many songs and the ones i played the most was of course crazy frog and barbie lol
You've never had earbuds with a remote control for your PSP? Mine came with the official attachment - was it just a Europe thing, or did my parents buy me a premium package?
I can't quite remember but my first PSP was either second hand or it was the "Core" package. Only had the console and the charger. I think the "Value Pack" was the one that came with earbuds and the remote.
@@Schnell_Things Oh, got it, 'cause mine had a microfibre cloth for the screen, earbuds + the detachable remote, a memstick and a couple other things. Got it Christmas 2005, so it wasn't the video model yet.
nice video dude (even though i havent watched the whole video)
That website was something else 😂😂😂
This hardly feels like it was worthy of a video.
It is likely that the items in this pack are just generic inventory ordered by companies, or even licensed out to those companies.
Idk how but i got mine yesterday. It was pink tho. No other option. Might want to spray paint it black. Should i?
You have a true rarity indeed. The Legendary Pink Panther Lord! *Pink Panther theme plays*
@@Schnell_Things damn on that note i guess i need to order pink shell for my psp.
Did you try going into the ps3 settings going to accessories then registering it as a Bluetooth controller?
I did. Even tried Bluetooth on my PC and phone to no avail. :(
i printed my own 1000 grip with a mesh back that says psp. and at 25% infill it was only like 60g of material. yeah 35 is a lot
i love gamer dankpods
i love gamer dankpods
Don’t you need 8 mins to get ads and to get money from your videos? Just curious cause I enjoy your content and I do want you to profit from it
8 minutes gets you mid roll adds. While that would dramatically boost what I get out of a video, I prefer editing without any specific targets in mind. Let's me make a video I'm truly happy with. I've got a real job to fund this little hobby of mine :D
@@Schnell_Things oh that’s good to hear then as long as your getting money to survive haha I really love the videos so I diddnt want to see you loosing out
3:11 IS THAT ANOTHER PISSING WHEEL?
This controller seems somewhat reminiscent of the old Microsoft Sidewinder gamepad but malformed into a DualShock-compatible ps1 controller
Yobo also makes/made NES clones, pretty infamous for inaccurate sound emulation and not working with certain games like Castlevania 3. Someone I knew in college had one.
i love gamer dank pods
I had a Yobo! However, I didn't have a PS2 yet. My long-estranged aunt bought it for me thinking that was the entire game system, and my parents were like "well, maybe one day we'll get you a PS2." So for what felt like childhood eons, I had this Yobo in the plastic clamshell staring me down, teasing me for the future to come. When I eventually got a PS2 I freed the Yobo from its prison only to quickly grow disillusioned with its jank and I never touched it again. Sold it at a yard sale for $5 a few years later. Anyway, great video, keep it up dawg!
This video deserves the yobo seal of approval
That sliver grip looks like a 3D scan of a console controller (perhaps the mentioned PS4 one?) that has been roughly modded to fit a PSP inside it. It even has little dents where screw holes would be. It could also be a 3D scan of a preexisting injection molded grip. Either way it doesn't looks like the print file itself was very good, couple that with the fast n' loose print quality and you end up with...exactly what it is. a mess.
On my local chinese shop i find long time ago a fake PS3 controller that looks and partialy feels like an original PS3 controller. The only real esthetic difference are the shapes on the action buttons printed in a little different way and the PS button that has a 3 printed on instead of the PS logo. But for the rest the controller is nearly identicle to the original (i payed like 15/17€ for it).
you can probably guess from the other comments but the spanish is choppy and weird too. I remember liking thes magnifying glass things for my gameboy as a kid. I did not even conceive theyd still be a thing for psp's
schnell must be pregnant because he always delivers
"Here's your controller bro" -a horrible friend.
Awesome. If for every pixel you do a distance formula between the pixel's position and where the center of the circle is, it's super easy to make make the circles move smoothly. No complex algorithms and probably easy for this microcontroller to handle given the small number of pixels.
It's like if a PS1 controller and a GameCube controller had a weird baby
