@@spaprius1894 that other video showed the guy disassembling way more & cleaning out the motor and filter in front of it. I ain't gonna bother with that, this looked clean enough & I'm not trying to mess with the car too much now. Maybe later if I start seeing issues.

So don’t change your oil until your engine blows it’s preventative maintenance you don’t damage it by taking something apart come on have a little more intellectual capacity

A couple of Toyota Japanese technicians told me if you want the best car they make always by the last year of any make and model. That being said...I bought a 2015 Toyota Prius it came with the filter and so far 345,000 miles and counting.

@@spaprius1894 No, but u still should spray with any lube. WD40, PB Blaster, etc. Rust belt states are up north. I live in PA & they salt roads in our winters, hence, rust. I didnt know what AMSR is & had to look up. Not sure if it relaxes me, I'm kinda intrigued with ur videos. Couldnt understand why u brush underside & not power spray. 😉

The first time...hard to say..I had to go out and get the sockets as I came across the different size bolts, and I had no idea I could've accessed the connections from above, so that took FOREVER trying to disconnect, and then reconnect, everything from below. That first time, my tank only had about 2-3 gallons in it, and I had a helper to lower it down and empty it out. I don't know how long it would take to empty the tank using the electrical connections, or if that would damage those connections by using them so much. I wish I had an easy answer for you. I'd guess this is a job someone could do in about 4-8 hours if they knew what they were doing and didn't take a bunch of breaks and weren't trying to record anything...?

As you can see, i tried my best to get it off without it. I watched videos where people said you don’t need to, so I tried everything to do it like they do, with no luck

It wasn't cracked from age, it was the new paint that cracked as it dried for some reason. Someone suggested because the paint was cold as it dried, or it was cold when applied. Are you saying you use a clearcoat that is not aerosol, so not a spray paint? I do actually finally have some touchup paint arriving, I'll see if I can get to that bit I scratched and paint it!
