Captain America - Plane Crash Scene
One of the final scenes from Captain America: The First Avenger (2011)
Brightness Adjusted to avoid copyright removal
Original Copyright @Marvel Studios and Walt Disney Pictures
A scene from Captain America: The First Avenger (2011). Directed by Joe Johnston. Featuring Chris Evans and Hayley Atwell as "Steve Rogers/Captain America" and "Peggy Carter."
I wish there would have been a way for The Avengers to happen without Captain America being frozen for 70 years. This scene was not on youtube so I decided to upload it, enjoy.
One of the best superhero movies from Marvel.

"bros before hoes"
Good scene, but it's a complete ripoff of ''A Matter of Life and Death'' (1946)
Peggy loved Captain America specially after the Serum...She didn't want Steve Rogers...She wanted Captain America...
He could have forced the plane to go down and then jump off but he'd still be frozen given where he is.
Who's here after watching the Rhodey and Steve deleted scene
Dragons are cute but u really want are angles. There really funny when they dance
Opening To Captain America: The First Avenger 2012 DVD
Why can’t you fly it, if you can put it in the water?
squadron kit pei pip irons
Dudhdhdhfxg
How it should have ended I think portrait it better

Airplane passengers when they discovered they are inside a Boeing
Steve wasn't even able to finish his sentence and that's when Peggy cried. This has to be one of the saddest MCU movies yet..😢😢😢
“I had a date”
He could've talked to Howard Stark and slowed it down or turned it around, also, he didn't need to dive land he could've landed at a shallower angle. The man who was able to fly that mini plane and smash it back into the big plane avoiding all the firing should have been able to do that. So many questions about this scene but i guess if this scene hadn't gone this way we wouldn't have had Captain America with 2010s avengers
i love how Colonel Phillips knows immediately whats about to happen after Steve tells them theres no safe landing the plane and dips out
One of the most saddest scenes of all time
or if people just didnt block anyone to begin with
He could’ve crash the plane in the ice but jump before the impact☠️
The last time I ever spoke to my grandfather was over the phone 😪
Who will tell at the end the band did play something slow
This is a really good example of subtext. Instead of "I love you", "I love you too", "I'll miss you forever" - the best way to create emotion is often to talk about something slightly off-topic. Still meaningful to the characters, it wouldn't work if he blurted out random facts about the moon. But focusing on a particular topic rather than the direct verbalization of emotion makes a scene more powerful.
Ok, a Geico commercial using the Wright brothers, on their plane's flight, complaining about the armrest... playing for this video (at one time). Irony anyone?
so,, Capt can jump out without parachute 10.000 meter above ground from moving plane. but not for this??
Broken windshield while the aircraft moving so fast and everything fine?? None knows about physics there?
0:14 Schmdit is not dead, he was sucked into a portal into space.
The awareness of the soldiers behind Peggy, when Steve goes “there’s not gonna be a safe landing”, to leave and give Peggy time with him one on one
What I think ruins this scene now for me is that in this scene he is shown being able to control the plane or at the very least change it's direction. Instead of trying to turn the plane and trying to land in the water safely in a way that makes the ship afloat, he decides crash the plane into the ice even after he sees it. YOUR FUCKING KIDDING ME and what makes this worse is that he could of probably landed in a way on the ice that could of prevented his plane to crash so violently after he saw the ice but apparently NOPE. If someone is gonna say that he doesn't know how to pilot the plane and control it, he is literally shown to have at least the base knowledge of knowing how to descend the plane. Anyways besides that which could be a nitpick or impossible to do in that situation, I think the scene is still amazingly done regardless as you can feel the emotions of it.
This is when he became worthy. I believe that he could have lifted mjlonir in the first Avengers. What did Cap do after this that would make him more likely to be worthy? He literally was gonna sacrifice his life to save the east coast.
This part was not my favorite in Captain America the First Avenger.
Steve and plane always bring misfortune
No parachute?
Peggy...this is my choice...
I love the little detail that the Colonel instantly realizes what Cap is going to have to do, and silently orders the other man out to give Peggy privacy
Background song ✨
Crazy this came out 9 years ago
Its sad to see steve rogers sacrafice
Out of all the MCU trilogies, Captain America remains flawless. Every movie was fantastic without a single dissapointment.
This scene and the endgame scene when he crys for Natasha break million hearts
Great subtext in this scene, ChatGPT is decades from writing it. If writers produced more like this they wouldn't have to worry about their jobs
era una nave robada
I dont have a girlfriend, but this was hard to watch...
Yo I cant believe Chris Evans actually crashed a plain into the water and survived
Where is Peggy now?
Dead🤷🏽♂️
Maybe the most underrated MCU movie in my opinion
Lmao I genuinely didn’t think there were this many people who actually liked Peggy and Steve haha
STEVE AND PEGGYS RELATIONSHIP IS REALLY ONE OF THE MOST ICONIC AND EMOTIONAL AT THE SAME TIME🥲😁🥲🥲😢
Agent K second job.
