Bro, I dig @OTRBandit. He just tells it like it is.
He's worked for everyone. The trucking industry quit for him.😂😂
😂😂
I'm a steering wheel holder and I complain about everybody lol and I'm sure drivers complain about me, it's just how we are lol. On another note I was curious man if you could show your truck off more? My fav thing about trucking (obvs) is how cool the trucks look and how the trailer they tow compliments the trucks look. Would it be possible to get shots of the truck even if it's for like 4 seconds?
I can do that! I actually just got a laptop so I can make more videos with my go pro. So I’ll try more pov vids and show the truck more.
Hola. Por qué no subes más videos en el otro canal UA-cam en español que hace un mes que no subes nada. Estaría bueno que subas videos grasias y bendiciones
Voy a empezar otra vez. Me había desanimado porque en el de español no tengo muchas vistas ni comentarios. Aquí con los pocos que subí me creció el canal rápido. Pero muy pronto subiré uno. Muchas gracias por el apoyo no pensé que extrañarían el contenido en español.
So when you run with the chassis open it helps disturb the weight so you're legal? Also, speaking of super single what's your thoughts on super singles on both a tractor and/or trailer. I've heard it can allow more weight to be hauled. I see super singles with a lot of tanker trucks. Lastly, I don't follow OTR Bandit but I appreciate real content from truckers like yourself showing how it's done working your way up with equipment that's not new.
Correct it distributes the weight. Being all the way in the back the box moves too much on turns and sometimes it can tilt so much it can flip. Super singles? I can’t really talk too much on them cus I never really had it but from what I hear, when you get a flat that’s it for you. It can cause some serious damage. At least with the other ones if we get one flat we can still ride it through to the next tire shop. Thanks! Hopefully I can create better content.. finally invested in a laptop just for editing so I don’t run out of space in my phone.
Absolutely nothing wrong with aftermarket if you use quality. How many know when buy cat's platinum kit some, most or all could be refurbished so don't be fooled by cat propagahnda
Yes exactly at that point youre just paying for branding name
Completely forgot about this guy. I used to watch him when he started and then I stopped because all he does is whine. I think he's quit before.
yeah thats all he does. if its not quitting its getting fired.
New to the channel, I currently have my class B. Plan on getting my class A this summer and get into intermodal since I'm in Savannah and the port is growing!
best of luck to you in your journey to getting your cdl!
Good these types need to get out of the industry
@@Nick_Ferdinande yep!! The less idiots and lazys the better.
that guy wanting to be a lawyer?? he isnt playing witha full deck as he has no clue what he is talking about
What’s wrong about quitting trucking ? Everyone should be a trucker ?…
Nobody said everyone should be a trucker.. but how are you gonna quit and talk so much shit about trucking being bad and you didn’t even try to be better. That’s the purpose of the video.
A person like you're describing that's just after the big bucks unfortunately will not do anybody any good being a lawyer he would just be after the money he won't care how he serves others. But good thing he's getting out of trucking because there's a lot of accountability and responsibility and that type doesn't do well in trucking
@@elmerhuyard3565 well said!
Yeah if you want to join a six-figure club in trucking you have to have a perfect record in years of experience it's not going to be in 2 or 3 years being a newbie that's still a total rookie
contradicting himself, he's just a content creator. ultimate trucking isn't for him, all he does is complain. he probably has no endorsements and only wanna drive dry vans. next he'll be making videos how he hates school
@@cj-zn2gf lol I’m waiting for that! 😂
That dude is a bum. He has no work ethic, wants to do the minimal amount of work for a lot money. He doesn't want to be a trucker , he used trucking to give him a platform for UA-cam. He wants to make it off UA-cam. You give good advice but it's going to be for someone else who listens to this because it's not him lol
@@g.i.joetrucker lol hey I’m putting it out there. If he’s stubborn he’s stubborn and he’ll keep that same energy. But he cannot keep asking himself why there’s no money in trucking.
@T.W.S.1223 u already done enough. U know the saying, u can lead a horse to the water but u can't make em a drink. He's da horse. Plus he was a horrible driver
Unless you can find a niche route with a mega that gives what you need home time and money wise. Small companies are always the best choice. In my opinion anyway. I understand the love for union jobs, but those can be hard to get and just when you get comfortable, you get fired over some BS and left scrambling. I’d rather ride it out with a good small company.
That’s the best thing to do.. I tried the union gig here in Chicago cus the pay was great.. but the hours were shit.. so went back to trucking and never turned back.
@@cotjocky466 but yeah small company’s is one of the best things to do.
Hater ☹️

He had a youtuber (Mr by the mile) trying to help him get onto abf (potential to make 120k... what does he do? Talk smack about him, he is such a weirdo bro.
@@jr5.o100 maybe his parents don’t let him grow up. He seems like the type to still live with them for no rent.. so… no rent.. no responsibilities.. match his attitude.
Trucking a good stepping stool I’m using it to go back to school to get into cyber security.
@@JeremiahAddrow get it done!
How can u make money when want to stay close to home maga or not .I know a dude who work for a maga and hit 250k less than a yr .
There’s plenty of money that can be made close to home.. I don’t know about cali but out here there’s plenty. Just gotta work hard.. But this guy you know.. what was he hauling? Driver or lease purchase?
A lot of these Meg carries have dedicated accounts with different dollar stores it’s touch freight but you can make good money.
@@DavidMartinez-xx1rp all he has to do is talk to ppl that are doing it and get informed.. but he looks lazy I don’t think that’s his kind of work.

He has 2 bad things working against him; ignorance and arrogance

Doesn't knb have a guaranteed take-home of $1750? He should of went there second year
He doesn’t have a good record by quitting and getting fired all the time.
Just found your channel in my feed. Man, I get tired of seeing @TruckingUnfiltered talk about This Justin guy. You'd think Justin stole his girl or something because he goes in hard calling him bad parent and other things. 🤣 You are right This Justin guy does live rent free in his head. I saw a comment about @OTRBandit in the comments. I think he is hilarious 😆He is the real deal in my opinion and always makes me laugh like hell. I like the channel and just subscribed. Keep On Truckin . 👊
Thanks for the follow! Yeah Otr bandit is my guy. Real outspoken in his channel doesn’t care what ppl think lol.
He didn’t even try in this industry. There’s a lot of companies like Walmart, ltl companies, food service that pay you really well as a company driver l. Shit UPS pays 150k a year. He just wants easy money and fast
Exactly! I don’t know who lied to him about making lots of money with mega carriers.
He has no bills and still can't save money.
@@deltoro5346 now that’s the biggest problem with him… maybe he’s always been the type to get everything he wanted from mommy and daddy.
You go to a mega for one year. Then you find a better paying job ,local , regional, otr...etc.. That fool never knows what hes talking about. Plus hes a liar and a fake.
That he is!
this shit isn't rocket science. Get one year of experience, get all endorsements, and don't have a auto restriction would also be a huge plus. my first year I made 70k, my second year I made 85k, im in my third year and gross six figures (company driver). LTL, Food service and tankers are where the money is. If you have a commercial license you shouldnt be making less than 65-70k minimum. Other wise you are playing yourself
He doesnt have the knowledge, reputation nor the work ethic to be successful in this industry. He talks about there are no jobs and no money but really thats just him that isnt seeing it. Too many excuses.
Not to mention trying to be a lawyer is some serious studies.. let’s see how many times he tries to quit school now.
He’s made videos in the past where he said he was leaving trucking. Hopefully he sticks with it but it doesnt seem to me like he actually wants to be a lawyer. That’s not a job you just do on a split decision
Well he don’t seem like he would have the brains for that with the decisions he has made this far.
Another day trucking during the winter season in the Great Lakes region.
I know I'm a little late with the comment. Been busy but again great video and again appreciate the shout-out. Nice to see you're motivated to do more videos. I'm a truck guy and that's why I follow your videos. I do have a question the daycab on the post you did of the 1K Subscribers what model Pete is that? I'm not sure if it's a 379 or 378 or maybe 377. It has a nice classic look and looks nice. Is that Pete owned by a friend you have in intermodal? Also late as well but GO Julian!!!!
It’s all good I still appreciate you watching and commenting! It is a 2000 Pete 377 with a 12.7 Detroit. We work together so we do a lot of convoys together. And thanks!! Julian and his team won!!!
He doesn’t comprehend company drivers pay plus benefits make. $70-80000.
That boy is a bum. He has a lot of growing up to do still it looks like. Why is it so hard for him to believe there’s good pay out there? 2 things, immature and insecurity.
I was watching his video, he said company driver should deserve 150k salary 😅
That boy is a little delusional.
It the usual people that hop in to the industry with this mindset that made it to the over saturated under paid market that its in, not no strikes or cargo delays etc.
Let's goooo Julian!!!
🙏🏼🙏🏼 they won!
I definitely like your truck , it looks nice! I have a 2000 KW900L & looks much newer, it depends how you take care of it & the updates you do. It's a little slow here in the North East but you can't be choosy, each load adds up. I've experienced a bad load follows up with a good load. As always, keep up the good content 👍👍👍
Yep that’s what I learned in intermodal. Can’t be picky cus it’ll ruin your week. Luckily if I do a favor for this dispatcher helping him with a broken down truck to help with the load or a cheap load he usually delivers with some good work the rest of the week
Another I ain’t making money in trucker boobtube video
You caught me 😅
I never saw any container haulers that ever made any money I was a meat hauler when i retired Any driver out there knows who the meat haulers are They are in the Large Cars in the Left Lane headed east from the meat patch You never had to flash your lights to let them know they could come back over Because they never got out of the left lane Their known as the LEFT LANE GANG HAPPY TRAILS
Well maybe in that time container wasn’t paying. There’s still companies that take advantage of drivers.. it’s like everything u gotta do your homework before u lease to a company. I wouldn’t mind getting in that meat hauling business myself.
trucking divas lol
👸🏽💁🏻♀️
Truckers were loved in the sixties and seventies,it all ended with the fall of the teamsters and mass immigration😢😢😢
Anything under 100 miles you charge for the day, around $800-$1000 depending the situation.. That broker posting a load for $350-$500 for 100 mile run or less is charging premium to the customer for a service especially if is a job site kind of deal because you never know how the day will go, plus dealing with traffic and sitting around waiting to load or unload it might become a 2 day deal...but 95% of this industry don't know this and get influenced by social media or scared to ask for more $$$.
@@rudyc2100 this right here! Exactly what I was looking for! Someone who knows the situation! Exactly you have to charge for the day. These loads can really mess someone’s day, or 2 like you mentioned.
Happy New Year !!!Great video brother, keep the transparency coming we appreciate it.
🙏🏼🙏🏼
3:25 in I thought this was a video about justtruckin?
I mean at about 6th minute mark it is. I don’t like my videos to just be about one theme.
He keeps that attitude he'll end up with a FG entry in Carrier 411 and well deserved. I could post about the $12.50/mi load I'm running tomorrow and impress viewers, just won't say that I'm only going 20 miles. The only way a load like that makes sense is because I'm going right back for a reload so between the two loads my daily rate will be within reason.

First off, Happy New Year. Secondly, great breakdown of what it takes in intermodal trucking. Lastly, a great honest reply to JustTruckin and him getting rejected the $35 a mile load. Like you said, you have to do PMs on your equipment. That's just facts. I enjoy your channel because you are real and you're working. You have a nice truck (that I know you wanna customize and do more to). But I appreciate the truckers that work and put money into their trucks they worked for. Also, I appreciate the shout out. I've never had a UA-camr shout me out. Means a lot. Definitely going to keep supporting the channel and looking forward to see how your channel grows as this year goes on.
Thanks for the support! A lot of your questions are very good to make videos about and that’s how I’ve gotten some ideas. And your comments are just positive and we as you tubers appreciate good feedback like this. Only motivates us to do more videos.
