Hi Mark, a great reply, thanks. Great to hear about the smaller businesses sprouting from the one that close. Bailey and Prima are a bit slow, I've only experienced them from spare parts for myself, not warranty. Their delivery times are generally shocking. I think the only mfr. I've heard that may be struggling or ceasing was Elddis? The electric/diesel debacle will roll on, I have a supplier at my work who has (sort of) been forced to use electric for his company car, he has a Bailey Unicorn that he tows and is okay at the moment, but I don't think he's towed very far as yet! Equally, there is no way in my life time I would ever be able to afford an EV to tow our caravan - we'd be looking at a £90k+ car to do that! Thanks again, Andy.

@@jasogolledge4929 thanks for the suggestion, that are just a tad too far for us, probably around 3 hour drive. There is a place nearby in Poole/Bournemouth that will be better for us here in Weymouth. I didn’t know that Webb’s don’t do warranty work though, thanks for that bit of information. WHO would buy a caravan from a dealer who won't do warranty work?????.

I work for a large main dealer and we are dropping warranty work next in a attempt to save the business. You receive less cash from the manufacturer to do the warranty repairs than it costs, so dealers can no longer support this service.

@@RobandLynnontour nothing too stressful I hope, servicing will be okay as we’ve used these guys before, it’s only if we need warranty work in the future, knowing the caravan network it’ll be okay to get work done. @CaravanVlogger I’m still not 100% convinced but that’s the official line that’s on their site - www.ladybaileycaravans.co.uk/goodbye.php I’m with you on passing it on and possibly being sleeping directors but maybe there are greater forces at play here? I had heard other rumours too but didn’t want to report that on this vlog. *edit* and with regards to dealers, distance isn’t really an issue, we had our motorhomes from Warminster, usually 2 - 2.5 hours drive from home, hence the AWS mobile servicing.

It appears they have been trying to sell the business for a couple of years, but in this financial climate there can't be many buyers around.

All caravan dealers are in financial trouble at the moment, so more will go next year.

@@tanksontour Yes, when we got the caravan the motor mover intermittently stopped & started. They tried to diagnose it over the phone, as they did with you, then sent an engineer out a couple of times. Finally put it down to some interference from somewhere as it works nearly everywhere except up my drive! - it is intermittent, so I can live with it. Should really do a vlog on it I suppose.

Hi, it is good and no, it doesn’t wobble. I have seen other remixes on various caravan/van forums on fb with leg upgrades. The only downfall I have of this is if any food falls from the grill, it’s straight on the ground rather than a table top. If you have this grill give this a go, it’s relatively inexpensive to do, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. I’ll see if I can do an updated vlog using the legs. Thanks for watching and the comment. Looking at the video again I can see now that you have put a slot in the top of the tube which engages with the body of the Cadac thus locating it to avoid rotation and wobble etc.. well done! It would be great to see a video of it being assembled and actually being used. Also it would be good if you could attach a dimensioned sketch of the pipe (guessing its standard 65mm diameter rainwater pipe) with overall cutting sizes, slot size and lower slash angle etc?

Okay, back home now. Here's a link for the pipe I used here - www.screwfix.com/p/floplast-downpipe-68mm-x-2-5m-black/25256 - not an affiliated link as in the description. This is cut into 3 equal parts, make the first cut at an angle (of your choice really), I'd guess at around 10-20 degrees, this first cut is the bottom of two legs. The next cut would be a 'square' cut which will be the top of the second leg. With the remaining piece just reproduce the same angled 1st cut. You could make the cut more acute so when used on grass, the pip could be 'stabbed' into the ground if required. Each leg will be approximately 800mm long. There is no other cutting to do as the pipe fits over the CADAC leg and into the side clearance grooves to the sides of the CADAC leg. I hope this clears up everything, but if you have any more questions, please ask away. Cheers. Andy.

The gas cable, I presume you mean the pipe that connects the gas Power Pak to the grill, came with the Power Pak.
