Congratulations on the video, that girl is a true warrior. Being bipolar is not a death sentence: I have bipolar disorder with comorbid ADHD. I have been through tough times in life, but I didn't accept being bipolar and didn't follow treatments, so I was always in crises. After being hospitalized for 12 days and undergoing treatment and convulsive therapy, I got better and accepted the diagnosis. Since then, I haven't had strong crises anymore. My life has changed: I went to university, studied Law, became a lawyer, did postgraduate studies, and work a lot. I live a normal life, but I avoid coffee, energy drinks, and alcohol. I exercise six times a week and sleep at least six hours a day. Additionally, I regularly see mental health professionals: I go to a psychologist twice a month and to a psychiatrist once a month. I take slow-release lithium carbonate as prescribed. We continue the fight with great determination.

I have suffered bouts of depression and anxiety on and off since I was eleven. Despite this, I have not taken a wrecking ball to this great country's institutions or demographic profile, sided with foreign institutions against the democratic wishes of the British people or involved this nation in a pointless war on false pretences that cost thousands of innocent lives. Jeezus the modelling industry is really hard on young ladies! To fit into that size 0 ….very few are naturally …..I’m sure…..sadly they turn to drugs and drink.add on the enablers ,even they are disguised as the makeup artists……honestly, I’d not believe she was a model…. Without reading the title……. Her skin and hair are both striking.add on her honesty are refreshing. Kate is much more reserved ,if not even shy until she gets drinking. Though she’s supposedly sober now. But Lottie sounds like she left the business before Kate, who still is, at times …..As far as I’ve read on.
