Meal prep #mealprep #lifelately
Making adjustments in life is so important! I started a wellness center, I am in the community more, kids have school , basketball, tutoring etc. . I realized I need to create time to prep dinner.
.
This went by quick because I paired it with something i loved (football) if there is a task you need to do but dont feel luke it, pair it with something you enjoy!

    This is my life :( I was adopted into a family as a baby and their older bio son abused me, yep was swept under the carpet, I have recently gone no contact with parents(family) as they still refuse to acknowledge it. I have recently been diagnosed with cptsd after years of no treatment just self medicating... It makes me sick and worried to know he has daughters, I would blame myself if anything happened to them because nothing was done at the time, Brad Watts what do you think the chances of reoffending later in life for him could be...? sometimes I wish people could see my soul to understand how soul destroying it it. Thanks for listening

      @@Annarulz1 (((huge hugs)))) it was not your fault! The adults had an obligation to protect you and they didn’t ! I’m glad you have diagnoses and I hope you keep working on your healing! Being abused as a child is so hard because as you get older you pyschye ends up being based on that! I hope you continue to fight for peace 🖤🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶

    This is familiar. I sometimes feel like I'm in survival mode yet frozen while my mind is running on 1000. I try to fight through...sometimes it works, sometimes not. But "I'm okay". 😊

    Hi Christian. Your videos are good and also informative But views are not coming on your video. I see you are working very hard to make videos but if your video doesn't get views then your channel won't be monetized. And this is the only way you have to do SEO for your channel to get views.

    Seems like therapy, not physical therapy, has someone else telling you the way you should feel and behave. I am so happy I feel free to be myself.

    After reading about the value of a mid day nap I take the opportunity a.) when I can, average 5-6 x/week and b.) I get a 7-8 hours every might so the naps end, without any kind of alarm, after 18-20mins. Don't reach REM so no grogginess. About 12 yrs running now.

    Thanks for this. I'm a huge fan of Goleman's work on Emotional Intelligence. I believe our lack of that skill, trait, habit, whatever we call it, is the primary cause of so much unnecessary pain and suffering.

    I am practicing meditation when my mind begins to take on its thoughts it's like voices talking at the same time with all these negative also positive thoughts. I said dang all this been going on without me 😂 So when people follow the instructions on these voices or thoughts it can be positive or negative it's your choice which you will follow 🧘🏾🔑💚

      you can't turn your thoughts off. They are there and as long as you are breathing and your mind is working the thoughts will be there. It feels scary at first to engage with your thoughts but its important to try. I discuss it in this episode . ua-cam.com/video/gPeE_XlTWPM/v-deo.html

      One thing I'm learning is talking to your thoughts, if it a past negative though , that comes up , it could be like I don't know why this thought as come up , this happened sometime ago if there is a lesson in there to learn I will accept it and move on because dwelling on this thought can't changed what as happened , some thoughts I have negativity are long time ago will just appear so postive self talking through the thought can help keep you in the present.

    • @CelesteViciereLMHC
      @CelesteViciereLMHC 3 місяці тому

      @@Eman14128 yes yes I love this ! You are literally just answering your thoughts! I teach people the importance of getting tune with your thoughts because a lot of times you just need to answer them or say I’m okay . Our mind goes at the direction we take it. Because we are not paying attention or answering it, it uses all old programming which can be so damaging to the outlook we have on our life !
