Dock Edge Polyethylene flip up ladder install
In this video I unpackage and show how to install the dock edge polyethylene flip up ladder. The installation is simple, it comes in 3 pieces and includes the hardware to attach the ladder together. Simply put the lag bolt through the side and fasten down the 9/16 lock nut. To attach the ladder to your dock you will need to purchase your own fasteners. I used 1/2"x 3" long galvanized lag bolts with a washer. Place the ladder on the dock wehre you want it, pre drill then bolt it down with the lags. These ladders are my favorite as they are extremely durable, they are longer then most dock ladders which makes getting out of the water easier. In the winter you can lift the ladder up and it will lock in place so you dont have to remove it from the dock. Here is a link to the exact ladder, dockedge.com/product/polyethylene-flip-up/

DIY 10x16 floating dock build
Переглядів 1577 годин тому
In this video I show all the steps to build a 10'x16' floating dock. For this build I used floats from Dock Edge, I also used hardware from Dock Edge. If you want to use the same floats and hardware you should be able to purchase them from your local hardware store or home depot. For lumber everything I used was pressure treated, the joists were 2x6s and the deck boards were 1" thick boards whi...
DIY Rock Splitting with a hammer drill and $25 splitting wedges
Переглядів 199День тому
In this video I attempt to split some large granite rocks using splitting wedges purchased from amazon and my SDS hammer drill. I will post a link to the splitting wedges. After reading reviews it sounded easy to do and split the rocks. You are suppose to drill 5/8" holes into the rock every 4-6" and atleast 4" deep. Then place the wedges into the rock and hit them down with a sledge hammer. I ...

Hope you patented this BEFORE posting this to the entire Innerwebs. Also, I love the scaffolding hack.
Hope you have patent rights for the device.
Should have it patented.
Bahut badhya bhaiyaji
maybe good but you need a specific and same angle to have this jack 90°...
I’m a scaffolder, this is definitely a “don’t tell your mother and certainly not your boss” piece of kit.
Do you have modification measurements, to make it 4 totes high?
What are the final outside measurements? I need to make sure this will fit, before I go crazy w/wood purchase. lol
Terima kasih 👍👍👍
Framing square would work to mark more 2x2 boards and 2x4 boards at a time
EXCELLENT !!!
Meng inspirasi.
Hey, isn't this the guy who starred in the movie 300? "We are Spartans! 😂
Very nice job you thought of everything and they’re very safe
I've seen some other videos in which 2 x 3's are used instead of 2 x 4's. What's your opinion? Obviously, 2 x 3's are cheaper but i'm curious about the strength difference.
Pametno
Молодец идейа 👍🇦🇿👍❤️💪💥
Do you sell them?
Brilliant 👍🤔🤔🤔🤔
I think.you meant this ad ashort.
Or you can use old tire

What a simple and great idea.
Идею поняла - с вашего позволения, воспользуюсь...для очистки именно отливов ... Молодец!! ❤
Yeah its good for that pitch of the ladder until you change it. Ladder Jack's would be better , look at the time you had in that. They will adjust to diffrent pitchs of the ladder. Comeon man , like sleepy Joe would say..lmfao FJB AND KAMELA TOE HARRIS & MANPON TIM!!!
I need supply list for 30 totes please.

Quickest way to fall off a ladder
Very good idea.
When you spend more money and energy building your monstrosity when the actual tool Costs Less. Just look up the price of a real ladder Jack and you will wonder why you wasted all your time. Unless of course you're an idiot. Effing rediculous you tube DIYers. They are freaking everywhere dammit
You need to patent it! Or did you already? It is brilliant!
Как сделать этот шедевр? Вы Гений 💪
Круто, это прорыв!💪
Полезная штука👍👍👍
Какая хорошая идея👍
Interesting, but my name's not Jack.
Never wear open face shoes on a ladder extremely dangerous.
Building one for my son’s new house in New Braunfels TX in a few weeks. Going to precut and preassemble everything possible accept the final top and bottom plates ahead of time. Thanks for the detailed instructions. Use a stop block on your miter saw and a bucket to collect the scraps. I’m old so I look for every possible time and back saver 😂😂😂 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
Didn't I previously hear you say, somewhere, that the easiest way to cut lattice is by pulling your saw backwards rather than pushing your saw in a typical ripping motion...
Bull shit, and stupid idea, if the leader is stucked with anything on top person ride on it will drop backwards very badly
