Wow amazing!! A very developed city 😮 Thanks for sharing!!
Real estate agents are criminals and crooks working with banksters to steal every thing you own . Never believe anything they say or do-- Real estate agents want fools they can con --. Just like banks who never make you money they only steal your money -- And anywhere you find these criminal brainless real estate agents you find the homelessness crisis which real estate agents always create due to their greed --
Been in Punta cana several times .They need to clean some of their beaches on those day trips Big time as couldnt swim due to crap piled up with garb etc on front of ocean
The main problem in Las Terrenas is lack of planning. The growth that the real estate industry is promoting is not aligned with the availability of basic services (potable water, electricity, sewage, roads, etc)
Very interesting, thx. But how about the tax for the income of rents? Isit free? Or how is it?
Thank you! I know this is random but I was doing some research for a nonprofit that I work with that works in Santo Domingo. This video was very helpful in answering some questions I had! Have a great day!
I’m Dominican and I feel all he said is true .
Do not buy a car in the Dominican Republic add a dealership like the one he listed here in Santo Domingo. Dealers in this Dominican Republic add 20 to 30,000 more on top of the sale price. They are scamming you. It was Mike Logan who was on Facebook, and nobody can find him. My question is why do they charge $30,000 more in the Dominican Republic? Is more expensive there than in the US. I may as well to ship my car there.
Wondering about rates/membership at White Sands golf course for residents. They don't seem to have a website for that golf course.
💦💦💦💦💦🙏🇩🇴🌻
Thank you for show to other people neighbors in the center of Santo Domingo. Piantini is safe, it's a exclusive neighbors.
Absolutely correct. It is an amazing place to live and invest.
Last February my wife and I stayed at the Balcones de Atlantico for a few days. We walked through the restaurant one morning, but they were closed. It is a very beautiful restaurant. We are returning in September. I believe we will put this on our list.
Yes they have done a great job on the restaurant. Surprised it was closed seems to be open most always. When there and if you want to have a look at some options in the project right there called Balconies we have some amazing opportunity there. Whatsapp me 5195671785

Would be great if we could deal with Canadian banks and financier. Seems so much easier. I would put a down payment tomorrow.
you can use a line of credit instead of taking a mortgage. You ca use the line of credit for whatever you want....
Absolutely - however in PreCon it's not needed yet as you work with the developer and make payments as you move along. You can decide to finance the remaining 50% once you are nearing completion. While slow the system does work
Yes absolutely. Initially I did the same. Utilize your line of credit or HELOC to make the purchase you desire
why you call this mall luxury? those stores are in the malls in Puerto Rico... and we dont call Plaza Las America Luxury.....

It was recently announced that DR discovered more gold mines and Also 😢concluded its studies on lithium . they discovered DR has one of biggest reserve in the world In the province of Pedernales right where they are developing the newest project CABO ROJO which i think it translates to red cape .
One of the DRs biggest assets is the gold reserves. This is huge for any country going into these times
Just got to watching video…think of you in relation and was waiting for your reaction… Wow, shit really could have hit the fan for sure. I think a lot of people, both sides are seeing a light at end of tunnel. With that being said, yes I anticipate an interesting next few months into January. I feel all eyes are on US currently more than ever. How’s Punta Cana market rolling? Need another brand rep in area yet? Getting closer and closer to make move. By the grace of God may the US leadership be humbled and make the best decisions for all Americans for positive representation in all the world. Best to you and your family Kash! Eric
Hi Eric Sorry for the delay. Getting some family time in and not as connected ahead of the launch of the new season here shortly. Send me a whatsapp any time you want my friend. Thanks for watching and being a loyal supporter of the channel
Don’t buy anything on the beach!
One thing to note IF your dream is to own oceanfront property then do it. Don't let fear of what could happen stop you.
First mistake? Inflation is economic, not political. Second mistake? underestimating the financial, social and psychological impact of a global pandemic. Third? Cutting taxes only adds to the federal debt. Forth? Statistically speaking Canada is not made up of people you talk to.
What tells me you’re over the age of 50 hmmmm
Everything is accurate and I agree with it. Not sure where the reference to those items is... Do you think Canada is a country that is doing good or bad on the world stage? Do you believe the fundamentals that drive the economy are in check in Canada? Is there an issue with drug abuse and mental health issues? Curious to see your stance...
The IMF just announced Canada’s economy is projected to be the fastest growing economy among the G7 countries in 2025. But even that will not help fix homelessness, drug addiction, crime and spiralling rents. There is no fast fix. Trudeau and the NDP’s carbon tax credit and free dental for Seniors is a fantastic start. The economic abyss will occur if/when the conservatives get in power nationally. Look at Ford in Ontario - chasing booze in local stores instead of funding Hospitals collapsing in debt. Tory Real estate Developers are making millions off real estate and screwing renters and first time home owners. Pollievre will make sure his rich corporate buddies always get richer with his tax cuts and throw us to the wolves and increase the federal debt with zero benefits.
@@iLoveLasTerrenas Drug and mental health issues are global and require a seismic shift in NIMBY opinions and sizeable increases in public and corporate funding which I doubt will happen. Unless Canada accepts the Doughnut Economy which will be a long time coming. Healthcare is an issue especially in Conservative provinces. The Liberal federal dental plan for seniors and families is fantastic. On the world stage - Canada’s seniors’ poverty rate is one of the lowest in the world at 5% (OECD) We’ve just seen 2 interest rate cuts which means we are now going in the right direction after COVID’s economic collapse. Unless we start taxing corporations and closing their loopholes we won’t have a future. Warren Buffet claimed if all American Corporations paid their taxes the way he does, no citizen would ever pay taxes again. But we are looking at Trump and Pollieve getting in office and if they do we’re screwed and billionaires will thrive.
🇩🇴🔝
Really? Scaremongering to drum up business ?…. Do you really think if everything goes wrong in the USA and Canada that the DR will continue to proposer or that the government on a whim won’t throw out all the north Americans coming down and driving up prices for locals.. ? This is shameless…. From a Canadian. You will notice that you now have One less subscriber.
This is not fear mongering unfortunately. It's the truth. Speak to your neighbours and friends. For every 5 people that enter Canada 1 leaves. The 1 that leaves is typically a skilled worker or entrepreneur of sorts. The 5 that enter are unskilled workers looking for refugee status. This isn't fear mongering - it's just a fact. Weather people want to admit it or not that's an entirely different story my friend. Be well. You were a millimeter away from the world you / we know changing quite dramatically
Who's they?
No clue but someone does ...
The Deep State
Dangerous talk I think to suggest such a point of view. There's many people leaving the UK and Europe too for similar reasons. It's not just the US and Canada.

Ok, I understand that, but why so much misery.
Poverty does not mean misery. People are happy. Poor but happy. There is no country in the world that doesn't have poverty. Some area of Canada look like war zones. Ppl sleeping in tents. No homes. The important thing is the DR is moving in right direction. That's key. The Dominican Republic has been experiencing significant progress in moving out of poverty due to several key factors: 1. **Economic Growth**: The country has enjoyed robust economic growth over the past decades, driven by sectors such as tourism, manufacturing, and services. This growth has led to increased job opportunities and higher incomes for many Dominicans. 2. **Foreign Direct Investment (FDI)**: There has been a substantial inflow of foreign direct investment, particularly in tourism, real estate, and manufacturing sectors. This investment has boosted economic development and created numerous employment opportunities. 3. **Tourism Industry**: The Dominican Republic is a popular tourist destination, attracting millions of visitors each year. Tourism has become a major source of revenue and employment, contributing significantly to the country's GDP. 4. **Government Policies**: The government has implemented various policies aimed at reducing poverty, such as social protection programs, education reforms, and healthcare improvements. These policies have helped improve living standards and provide support to vulnerable populations. 5. **Infrastructure Development**: Investment in infrastructure, including roads, airports, and ports, has facilitated economic activities and improved connectivity within the country. Better infrastructure supports business growth and attracts more investment. 6. **Education and Training**: There has been a focus on improving education and vocational training, which has enhanced the skills and employability of the workforce. A better-educated population is crucial for economic development and poverty reduction. 7. **Microfinance and Small Enterprises**: Access to microfinance and support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) has enabled many individuals to start their businesses, leading to income generation and poverty alleviation. 8. **Remittances**: Remittances from Dominicans living abroad have provided a significant source of income for many households, helping to improve their living standards and reduce poverty. 9. **Health Improvements**: Better healthcare services and programs aimed at improving public health have reduced disease prevalence and increased life expectancy, contributing to overall well-being and productivity. 10. **International Aid and Partnerships**: International aid and partnerships with organizations such as the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund have supported various development projects, providing financial assistance and expertise to drive economic growth And reduce poverty. Reach out whatsapp me if any q's 5195671785
You don't as you don't get! Change your minDset change you life! THANK YOU FOR SHARING KASH!
Dude, its easy when you are at the bottom to have big growth; you sound like a hypocrit who is trying to lure people to DR to sell his product
In comparison to the rest of the world, the DR is in the middle top tier; in comparison to all of Latin America is in top third tier. Definitely not at the bottom.
The last half of your comment doesn’t make sense and is rude.
Dude - of coarse I want them to buy here. I believe in it. Why stay where they are. I am in Canada right now - you see the misery? Not sure what you are seeing / saying / or hearing but dude...YES I want people to stop wasting they energy and time in a country going backwards in all levels. So yes you are right - I am selling a product. But a product I believe will allow you too LOVE WHERE YOU LIVE. Thanks for the comment it's important to comment and share thoughts. Keeps things real. (Joking on the 'dude' thing haha :))
Barbecue will invade soon
DR was at the bottom from 1970-1990. Everything changed after 1996. DR has been growing with investments from the USA, Canada, Spain, Japan, etc. The tourist industry has expanded to become a leader in Latin America.
You say the sentiment is low in Canada and US, but thats the countries that need to do good in order for DR to do good!!! Without canadians or americans spending their money in DR, DR will sink.
To clarify - I want the USA and Canada to do well. I am observing that this is not the case right now. The DR will not sink because of Canada and USA but of coarse everyone does better together. As of now ppl cannot make ends meet in the western world. That's an issue. But you are going to see enormous growth in coming years in the DR. Enormous. It's their turn to shine in this decade - watch and see. I have a hunch that maybe right and I'm not the only one believing it. There has been a fundamental shift in the way people want to live their lives after the pandemic. And that shift will drive the DR forward to heights never expected.
The growth is so great that in the next few years 4 metro lines are being inaugurated and are being built (Santiago Monorail, Metropolitan Train, Tram, extension of lines 1 and 2)
Bingo guys. Exactly what I am referring too. The people that don't want to believe don't have to...it's happening with or without them. This is going to be an economic boom that even I am probably not forecasting ...
Dominican Republic is an economic power house. Yes that small nation has a robust economy. Folks don't know how big and strong the DR economy is. Sure it has its problem but it's a developing country.
those numbers are based on what?
@@BenDauk foreign direct investment, increase in tax revenue, purchasing power, etc
@@BenDauk drug dealing, money laundering, human trafficking, electronic scamming gringos banks accounts, and yes gringos that overpay for everything....that about sums it up....Wow what a power house, they underpay their workers, 200 to 400 a month for non skilled work....a real criminal powerhouse.... and you see people driving expensive vehicles , paying expensive gasoline prices......like a months Dominican salary for those SUVs and they do not work....... I do not understand how the gringos do not notice that, what are they doing to make that type of money, and how is the DR a powerhouse, they only got tourism, remittances and the women... What is their major export to make money......
You said it perfect.
Wao, that's good
Man you all are smoking, what do DR got to offer, they get their money from tourism, remittances send back from Dominicans living abroad but they also have drug trafficking, human smuggling, money laundering, criminal network organizations, government corruption, etc If it had a great economy why is everything is overpriced, medical care that is subpar just like the education system, infrastructural issues, you cannot even drink the tap water, major flooding, constant electricity outages etc... Half of the people live in poverty type conditions, low salaries even for professional individuals, half of the country hustles to make a living and then they got americans that go their to sell homes at americans prices that the haitians built and saying DR is the best economy in the world...They must have good stuff there to smoke.....it is not even the richest countries in the Caribbean..... the only thing good there are the gals but even they want to much money.......DR has some serious issues, it is not all about it got a beach....or they party a lot....
Hey Kash I just returned from my trip to las terrenas saw that the vibe there is really positive the economy seems so different from the US. I saw your billboards all over the place. Not many people know that DR realstate is up only as it is not a speculative market . Shout out to Steve from the bitcoin shop las terrenas ❤
Yes thanks my friend! Totally people just don't know. Shout out to Steve my man :)
🇩🇴DR is on Top📊
By 2030 it’ll become a high-income nation in GDP per capita terms. But to become a fully developed nation it’ll take more time, I’d say by 2045 or so (if the gov’t implements all the right policies).
Yeahhhhhhh🎉🎉🎉
Very true. That’ll take a lot of work. Also, DR should look for other things to improve their economy and not only depends on tourism.
Any progress have to be alongside with the salary because it doesn't mean anything if the people that live in this country don't see all they needs cover in the salary haia lot to do with that I also as Dominican want to see that our people stop immigrate to others countries because that is one of the factors that we have to see as a sign that we are in the right path to be a develope country other thing that our country needs to do is try to build a stronger and effective justice system to stop any future government continue like other government in the past corrupt the entire state we don't going anywhere if we can't no do all this things justice salary corruption
@@bighomieflee3945 The government is already doing that. That’s why they’re investing in logistics and developing a semiconductor industry. They’re also working to boost exports and manufacturing.
@@LuisPerez-ny9hz That is why Abinader wants to do a fiscal reform, to improve salaries, create more jobs and reduce the wealth gap. Also reforming the police, reducing bureaucracy, and improving the judicial system are part of the national development plan.
