Come along with us on a culinary adventure! As a family we love good food and we love to travel. We hope that you will be inspired to cook along with us as we prepare some of our family signature recipes along with regional Sicilian favorites.We cook farm-to-table as much as possible. Using local seasonal ingredients from our 100% organic garden and from local organic farmers.

I heard potatoes with green skin and colour were toxic. Are you sure these were safe to eat? Other than afraid of sickness the meal ended looking really nice.

I'm curious to know where your house is or was. I lived in Nicolosi and watched Etna erupt many times. Then I moved to Costa Saracena-Castelluccio and learned how to cliff dive. I loved living in Sicily!
We lived in Belpasso. 10 minutes from the visitors center. We loved living in Sicily too.

This was just a “Lido” it’s a beach where you rent chairs and they have a restaurant, bathrooms and showers. But there are hotels near by.

I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. I have used different cheese, depending on what I can find at the time. Originally I used cream cheese. But I have used other soft cheeses as a substitute, all have been delicious.

Yes depending on the time of year and how long you stay you can get a car inexpensively. Also depending on the size car you need. But I’ve rented a car there for 300 or so for two weeks.
