2:55 i mounted this exact woofer along with 2 pairs of Samsung boxed flatscreen speakers inside a Panasonic TX-50S20E and it sounded amazing. I actually ended up extending the ports of this woofer sacrificing 2 another Samsung boxes and filing the box with foam as this provided the best bass response compared to original and sealed ports

Why are you taking speakers from old radios? That's bad, I collect radios like that. They're getting rarer, they're antiques, next time take them all together.

As a Z623 owner, the sub is very powerful for its size and has alot of Excursion but I do think that the amplifier is way too strong for it as it will start to smell at medium to high volumes, and the satellites have a very weak crossover/high pass so they can actually blow themselves with the stock amp too. Mine are half blown because of that
