Jesus Christ people its a rebuild year. Remember those? There were plenty of Calipari teams loaded with talent that were 10/11 loss teams and some that only made it to the NIT. Im happy with where we are at snd the players we got and will return next year as well as the incoming talent.

Chris beard is a damn good coach and ole miss is going to be really good soon. Florida, USC, Miss St, Texas, Oklahoma are all tough games. We have our hands full but “I like my team” lol

Kentucky is ranked way too low compared to other teams' rankings. There are some teams that you pointed out that I totally agree with. The ones you pointed out, plus Purdue. As a hog fan, I think Kentucky will have a good season and hope y'all the best. I hope it works out for y'all just as I hope coach Cal works for us. I think it will be good for the sport.

It's pretty fair, for now. We know the potential of this team, but everythings brand new, from coaches to players to play style. It has to come to fruition before we give it the credit. I believe we'll climb pretty quickly.

In 1997 I went to the first two rounds of the NCAA in Salt Lake City. On Thursday, outside the Huntsman Center I met Mark Pope (he was working for TV) and we talked (about life more than basketball) for about 90 minutes. On Saturday we talked again for close to two hours. CATS won both their games and I drove home over night to Cody, Wyoming (led by Hale-Bopp high in the sky). I told my wife how much I liked the games but the highlight was spending over 3 hours talking with one of the nicest guys I've ever met. I said at the time he would make a wonderful ambassador for the University of Kentucky. He is now exactly that. I couldn't be happier for him and for the Big Blue Nation. GO BIG BLUE!

Man o man big blue madness was everything it needed to be last night and I yell u what we got some young kids that will.steal time from super seniors we can shoot the heck out of the ball we have good rebounding and all though there was no defense I feel like we're gonna be amazing my the top defenses in sec maybe nation the guys look like a team man I see a lot of Pitino like players and all I can say is let's go kick the dukies ass

Love Rick Pitino and I believe that mark Pope will have a very similar style of play that Rick Pitino had in fact, after watching Big Blue madness, we will have a Rick Pitino style team LOL and there's nothing wrong with that.

I really wonder how many games this staff gets out-coached. Very few is my guess. I don't see Alabama, Tennessee, or Duke out-coacjing this staff. Gonzaga maybe a toss-up. Teams with a lot of freshmen talent probably lose to a team like this with realky goid senior talent. My conclusion is UK loses on nights they are cold and shoot themselves out of it. If they don't mesh and lits if poor shoiting, which I don't expect, maybe 19-12 wordt case. If they mesh and figure iut how to dig out wins on bad mights, maybe 26-5. I think that's more likely that just 19 wins. A team usually loses in tournaments when they go cold for eight minutes and can't gut it out. That's how 67 of 68 lose. So let's see if they can figure out how to win an ugly game.

It feels more and more like this is the year Kentucky finally beats a ranked Tennessee team. If Tennessee is still ranked at that point.

I love coach P and what he did for UK! UK could’ve very easily been Indiana if not for coach P! But he doesn’t need to come to midnight madness while he still coaching another division one team! Not a good look for him and Rutgers
