That's amazing!! Always wanted a firehawk. I have had several ws6s over the years. all were highly modified. Wish I still had them. upgraded to corvettes. Love to get another someday. the trans am is one of my favorite cars of all time. There just so good.

Call me crazy, but I believe many people will agree, this era is the best looking Chevy SUV made. Its also crazy reliable too! No wonder movies always use these as bad guy or chase cars, as well as law enforcement. It always look so menacing to me!

They need to bring back the Titan. They discontinued that too soon. If they would keep it the V8 like they're doing with the frontier a lot of people would switch

I hope the frontier gets the respect it deserves a highly underrated truck that unfortunately do to Nissan/Renaults reputation gets looked over a lot, it won the norra 500 in 2023 for a reason.

Until that dod/afm lifters go out and replace it with a cam kit dod delete I’ll be the best! But that can anything between 4-5k with parts and labor

looking at doing the muffler.. is there a reason you chose this over like a flowmaster or magnaflow? just did the same powerstops and they are a huge upgrade.. went with bilsteins but did not know about these.. love the build!

I got 07 Chevy Tahoe Ltz 4x4 fully loaded .. capital seats , dvd set, 3rd roll seats , back up camera, parking sensors, etc love it it has right now 225x miles running strong no issues

I will never go back to ICE vehicles. Love the easy of driving an ev, and when it comes time for a new truck the next gen lightning should be amazing. Ford did well building the lightning, it’s simply an f150 with another powertrain option.

I have this exact 2010 style vehicle and I love mine to the moon and back!! Dropped a transmission in it couple years back and only has 20k miles on it even if my odometer is reading 130k…it’s my 3rd Tahoe and I can’t imagine driving anything else and about to hook mine up..one more payment and this any is all mine!!!! 🔥😂

I have a 2013 Tahoe LTZ with 70600 miles, great truck. Great reliability, Great features, Great ride. Only thing is the AFM but one of those AFM/DFM disablers should solve that. Overall great trucks, not perfect but still great.

I have a quick question is it a Z71 or a LTZ? The inside looks like a LTZ and the outside is Z71.

It’s got two too many doors though. The Tahoe died when they stopped the two door production.

I’ve got a 2011 Sierra 2wd with the 5.3. I love the truck but to say that the GMT900 trucks are some of if not the best Chevy trucks every made is bonkers IMO. The interior quality is absolute junk as well as most other plastic parts around the truck same goes for the Denali ones as well not great. I average about 15.5mpg combined not 20-24. As far as I know the 6L80 doesn’t have the best reputation either. Again, I like GM I just don’t think these were even close to the best trucks ever made by them.

The car is okay, it handles the road well, and it’s fun to drive with the top down. It has its charms, it’s agile, and it looks good. It’s simple, which is a rarity these days. It’s just you and the car. Now, is it underpowered? Unfortunately, yes. You can feel the lack of a turbo, there’s no real kick, and even the sound is nothing special. The narrative that it’s better to drive a slow car fast than a fast car slow is completely wrong. No one ever said they had too much power; having a bit more horsepower is always welcome. I’d compare this car to the Abarth 595 (they’re similarly priced in my country, with the Mazda being about 5k more expensive). But the Abarth pulls better, has a much better sound, and its performance is stronger. I simply had a bigger smile on my face when throwing the Abarth through the twisties and listening to that exhaust. Mazda’s only advantage is that it looks better and is a convertible. If I had to choose between the two right now, it would be a tough decision. I think I would probably go for the Miata and install an aftermarket exhaust, but I might always regret that it doesn’t have a turbo for that better kick. And yes, I know it’s more reliable than the Fiat, which is its main advantage. To sum up, the narrative that it has enough power is wrong, and I’d rather drive a more powerful car slower, knowing it has power when I need it.

If it were me, I would've put the 16 inch PPV brakes on. They have so much better heat dissipation and better braking leverage. You'll need 20 inch rims for them to fit, but it's totally worth it. Good chance to put some wider tires and a 2-3 inch lift. I'm planning to throw on some Michelin defender 295/65r20s on mine with a 3 inch lift. I'll loose some of the brake leverage, but they won't overpower the skinner tires as much, so stopping should be way better with a smoother ride. After that I'll regear the axles to 4.10, plus some really thick sway bars, a high stall converter, and a supercharger. I've got a 2007 6.2 6 speed escalade, it'll be a beast!
