Firstly, I love your practice. You are one of the very few instructors that doesn't use annoying repetitive music and I appreciate that so much. I may have asked you before tho, do you use a mic? I have my laptop volume up full and it's still hard to hear you sometimes. If my furnace goes on, I can't hear you at all. Kind regards.

This was wonderful. I used to do yin yoga daily but got out of the habit. I realized today that I need to do yoga nidra and yin yoga daily for nervous system regulation and inner peace. Decided to give this video a try. I appreciated so much about it. So many instructors wouldn’t take the time as you did to take a breath in between poses. Yin is often presented as a boot camp where people are encouraged to go go go into contortions that many bodies are not equipped for (like that swan should have the lower leg parallel to the top of the mat). Poses may be held for a couple of minutes, sometimes longer, but the transitions are abrupt. Yours were so much organic, like going from supported bridge to waterfall. And there wasn’t any of the show offy stuff that some instructors do, like using an excessive number of props or really difficult poses. I felt like you were genuinely trying to help people by this practice and not just their connective tissue, but also their mind and spirit. I truly did soften and relax in a way that unfortunately doesn’t always happen. Many thanks!
