    I will definitely try this. Been having lower back pain for a year daily and I recently train in judo/jiujitsu and it's making it harder to train. Hopefully, this helps some. Wish I find this video sooner. Haha

      We generally recommend 3 sets of 10 as long as there isn't pain or discomfort.

    I have bulging disc and 1st though this exercise might have caused it but now realize the exercise is hugely beneficial and the disc problem is subsiding

    wow, I could barely do this on my left (where I am having the pain) but the right was no big deal... only managed to do it 5x before I had to stop, was just to intense... however, I think it helped! will try to do 5 more again before bedtime and more again tomorrow, hopefully I can get progressively farther along as I try to keep doing it -- I will be showing to my chiropractor this week too -- thanks for the vid!

    Ah, this is much better than what my PT guy has me doing. I'm going to ask him about these instead. He had me doing these with full arm extension, but the amount of pain I'm in afterwards is almost too much for me.

    Omgosh what a great help this one is!! Every so often enough I have terribl trouble with this nerve n it effects my right knee with.a feel of tight, swollen, painful knee. My knee feels like it's swollen n terrible tight. Most stretching doesn't work bc that's the urge u get, u feel u must stretch this out n I have a terrible time finding what works. THIS STRETCH IS AN ABSOLUTE BLESSING TY 😊 🙏🏻

      Consistency is key. Really depends on the individual, but give it a try for 2-3 times a week for a few weeks.

    I cannot keep my hips on the surface below me when pressing up. Will that ability come in time? Other therapists say that is imperative, but tell that to my back/hips. I just can't do what they demand. I can't keep my hips on the table. (Fri July 1, 2022)

      When lying in a prone position, one area that may be restricted is on the hips. Try some hip flexions before this movement to see if that helps loosen it up. Otherwise, we always recommend going to a local provider (chiropractor, PT, etc) to get a mobility assessment, especially if ongoing or acute pain is involved.

      Really depends on what your needs or goals are. If you'd like, every day 2-3x/day. Or space it across a few days in the week. If there's any pain or discomfort associated, please do not continue. And as always, we recommend seeking guidance from a medical provider before, during and/or after before trying any type of exercise.

    Just wonderful, I've been looking for "stretch sciatica" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Venayden Wanillian Method - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend got excellent results with it.

    No sciatica pain because I have beginning using truly takes pressure off the back. Look for Go ogle Kenzano Ayb to find out more about this back pain guidebook. Utilizing this, you could rest in different positions. I now feel relaxed with my hip pain already vanished.

    Go ogle Kenzano Ayb back problems guide to find out why it’s efficient. My critical chronic back pain was basically treated because of it. However it helps me to position in my side or back which will help reduce a number of the muscle spasms. .
